Исследована актуальная проблема управления товарным ассортиментом на отечественных предприятиях машиностроения. Рассмотрены такие аспекты, как комплексный анализ и прогнозирование рыночной конъюнктуры, конкурентоспособность товаров и предприятий, основные виды ассортиментной политики и показатели анализа перспективности товарного ассортимента. По результатам проведенного исследования авторами определены методы управления товарным ассортиментом, внедрение которых обеспечит комплексный подход к анализу и повышению конкурентоспособности и перспективности товарного ассортимента предприятия машиностроения.
The current problem of management of the commodity range at the domestic mechanical engineering enterprises has investigated. Such aspects as the complex analysis and forecasting of market conditions, competitiveness of goods and the enterprises, main types of assortment policy and indicators of the analysis of prospects of the commodity range have considered. By the results of the conducted research, authors have defined methods of management of the commodity range, which implementation will provide an integrated approach to the analysis and increase in competitiveness and prospects of the commodity range of the mechanical engineering enterprise.
