Рассмотрены современные подходы к управлению энергосбережением в строительстве и необходимость постоянного снижения удельного конечного потребления энергоресурсов. Предоставлены требования, предъявляемые к зданиям и сооружениям в области энергоэффективности. Проведена классификация энергоэффективных зданий и сооружений. Исследованы особенности организации системы энергосбережения в жилищном секторе и рассмотрена схема установления базовых нормативов энергопотребления с учетом климатических условий и внедрения современных инженерно-технологических и конструкционных решений. Рекомендованы способы формирования эффективной системы управления энергоэффективностью на примере жилого сектора, предложена схема организации эффективной системы управления энергоэффективностью в строительстве.
Contemporary approaches to energy efficiency management in construction and the need of constantly reducing the specific final consumption of energy resources have considered. The requirements for buildings and structures in the field of energy efficiency have provided. The classification of energy-efficient buildings and structures has carried out. The features of the organization of energy saving system in the residential sector have studied, and the scheme of establishing the basic standards of energy consumption taking into account climatic conditions and the introduction of modern engineering, technological and structural solutions has considered. The ways of forming an effective management system of energy-efficiency on the example of the residential sector have recommended, the scheme of organization of an effective energy efficiency management system in construction has proposed.
