Показаны базовые допущения, лежащие в основе каждого подхода. Рассмотрены преимущества и ограничения подходов к управлению изменениями. Предложена систематизация концептуальных подходов к управлению изменениями по трем измерениям: «ориентация на дело» (биологический, рациональный, ресурсный, системный подходы, подход непредвиденных обстоятельств), «ориентация на власть» (институциональный, политический подходы) и «ориентация на отношения с людьми» (психологический, культурный подходы). Показано, что постмодернистский концептуальный подход – попытка построения интеллектуального объекта (процесса изменений) по всем трем измерениям.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A systematized overview of change management conceptual approaches, presented in foreign studies, has been adduced. Fundamental assumptions, underlying each approach, have been shown. Advantages and limitations of change management approaches have been considered. Systematization of conceptual approaches to change management in three dimensions has been proposed: “business orientation” (biological, rational, resource, systems, contingency perspective approaches), “power orientation” (institutional, political approaches) and “people orientation” (psychological, cultural approaches).
