В статье рассматривается система менеджмента качества как фактор развития и системный элемент проектного управления на предприятиях авиастроительного комплекса страны. Особое внимание уделено изучению исторического аспекта, развитию элементов менеджмента качества в системе проектного управления в авиастроении. В ходе исследования были проанализированы факторы, косвенно влияющие на производственные цепочки авиастроительных предприятий, представляющие общий уровень развития научно-технического прогресса и систему подготовки кадров. Обоснован тезис о необходимости развития современной школы управления качеством на основе традиций отечественной школы и современных разработок и требований.
The article deals with the quality management system as a development factor and system element project management at the enterprises of the aircraft building complex of the country. Special attention is paid to the study of the historical aspect, the development of elements of quality management in the project management system in the aviation industry. The study analyzed the factors that indirectly affect the production chain of the aircraft manufacturing companies, representing the General level of development of scientific and technological progress and personnel training system. Argues the need for the development of the modern school of quality management on the basis of traditions of Russian school and contemporary developments and requirements.
