Невыполненный план развития атомной энергетики в 13-й пятилетке в результате системных ошибок и провалов в выбранных к реализации проектов, приводит к выводу о необходимости привлечения зарубежных лидеров в этой сфере, в том числе корпорации «Росатом», имеющей в своем портфеле практически выверенные современные технические решения. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>China’s nuclear energy ambitions, backed by the strong financial potential of the national economy, and the consequent desire to extend its successes in international economic cooperation to the nuclear industry have attracted the researchers’ attention to a closer examination of the current state and nuclear industry prospects of China, taking into account its technological component.
