В исследовании использованы методы институционального и структурного анализа, методы системного анализа, методы исследования человеческого капитала, панельный метод исследования и сбора информации. Материалы статьи могут быть использованы для целей организации повышения квалификации преподавателей учебных заведений, организации тренингов и курсов по формированию и корректировке имиджа преподавателя. Также материалы статьи дают возможность понять роль имиджа преподавателя вуза в обеспечении эффективности его профессиональной деятельности в новой информационной среде и обосновать необходимость углубленных исследований в таких направлениях, как психология личности преподавателя в профессиональной деятельности, влияние личности преподавателя на эффективность образовательного процесса, влияние имиджа преподавателя на рейтинговые показатели эффективности вуза. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article justifies the need to transform the lecturer’s (professor’s) image in a changing environment, formulates the requirements for the image of a higher school lecturer (professor) in a new digital reality, determines the image formation stages. The study uses institutional and structural analysis methods, system analysis methods, human capital research methods, panel research and data collection method. The research paper can be used for the purposes of organising professional development for educational institutions lecturers (professors), organising trainings and courses on shaping and correcting the lecturer’s (professor’s) image.
