   Представлено исследование по влиянию ресурсной базы на развитие экономики промышленности строительных материалов. Предложенный анализ показал необходимость синхронизации межотраслевых взаимодействий, направленной на поступательное развитие строительной индустрии. Предлагаемый подход к формированию механизма устойчивого развития предопределяет модель ведения деятельности в рамках концепции устойчивого развития и возможностей, появление которых обусловлено цифровизацией производственных отношений. В исследовании автор обозначает контексты, формирующие подход к обеспечению устойчивости развития. Предложено рассматривать данное явление в экономическом контексте через воспроизводственную составляющую. Данное предложение позволило сформировать подход к созданию механизма устойчивого развития, основанного на формировании ресурсного потенциала, использование которого должно приводить к возрастающей отдаче при изменении модели осуществления деятельности совокупностью предприятий. Указанная модель взаимодействия предприятий ориентирована на устойчивое промышленное развитие, способствует применению новых подходов к воспроизводству основных фондов, распределению ресурсов и формированию ресурсной базы. Использование экосистемного подхода при рассмотрении вопроса устойчивого развития экономики промышленности строительных материалов обусловило определение в качестве основного приоритета взаимодействие смежных отраслей с целью повышения конкурентоспособности и обеспечения стратегии развития промышленности строительных материалов.

   The study of the resource base impact on the development of building materials industry economy is presented. The proposed analysis showed the need to synchronise intersectoral interactions aimed at the progressive development of the construction industry. The suggested approach to the formation of a mechanism for sustainable development predetermines the business model within the framework of sustainable development concept and the opportunities, the emergence of which is due to digitalisation of industrial relations. In the study, the author defines the contexts that form the approach to sustainability of development. It is offered to consider the given phenomenon in the economic context through the reproduction component. The offer made it possible to formulate an approach to the creation of a mechanism for this occurrence based on the resource potential formation, the use of which should lead to increasing returns when changing a business model of a set of enterprises. The mentioned model of interaction between enterprises is oriented towards sustainable industrial development, contributes to application of new approaches to reproduction of basic funds, distribution of resources and resource base formation. The usage of the ecosystem approach while considering the issue of sustainable economic development of building materials industry stipulated interaction of related sectors as the main priority. This is done to increase competitiveness and provide the strategy of building materials industry development.
