Обеспечение национальной безопасности Китая до последнего времени связывалось в первую очередь с экономическим развитием страны и системной модернизацией национальной экономики.
Предметом настоящего исследования является модернизация Народно-освободительной армии Китая (далее – НОАК).
Целью исследования является обоснование того, что ускоренная модернизация НОАК и достижение технологического превосходства над потенциальным противником остаются в списке приоритетов страны.
Для превращения Вооруженных Сил Китая в армию мирового уровня к 2049 г., столетию образования государства, власти прилагают усилия на качественное обновление всех родов войск в соответствии с курсом Коммунистической партии Китая в области военного строительства и указаниями Председателя Китайской Народной Республики Си Цзиньпина об укреплении армии в новую эпоху. Важным этапом в реализации указанных преобразований называется 2027 г., год столетия образования НОАК, к которому планируется в целом завершить все намеченные изменения политического, юридического, военно-теоретического и научно-технического характера. Авторы приходят к выводу, что к 2027 г. НОАК будет готова к решению задачи по обеспечению полноценной безопасности страны и создаст базу для выхода армии на первые позиции в мире.
Until recently, China’s national security was primarily associated with the economic development of the country and national economy systemic modernization.
The subject of the study is the People’s Liberation Army of China (hereinafter – PLA) modernization.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate that PLA accelerated modernization and achieving technological superio rity over potential adversaries remains on the country’s list of priorities.
In order to turn the Chinese Armed Forces into a world-class army by 2049, the centenary of the founding of the state, the Chinese authorities are making efforts to qualitatively upgrade all branches of the armed forces in accordance with the course of the Communist Party of China in the field of military construction and the instructions of President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping on strengthening the army in the new era. The year 2027, the centennial year of the PLA’s formation, is called an important stage in the implementing these transformations, by which it is planned to generally complete all the planned changes of political, legal, military-theoretical, and scientific-technical nature. The authors conclude that by 2027, the PLA will be ready to solve the task of ensuring the country’s full-fledged security and will create the basis for the army to reach the first positions in the world.
