Рассмотрены ключевые аспекты повышения конкурентоспособности агропромышленного комплекса на основе различных теоретических подходов и методов анализа. Особое внимание уделено преимуществам, которые могут быть достигнуты предприятиями по сравнению с конкурентами. Исследование опирается на теорию равновесия А. Маршала, подчеркивая важность баланса между спросом и предложением в аграрном секторе. Акцентировано внимание на качестве выпускаемой продукции как основополагающем факторе, влияющем на конкурентоспособность. Применены матричный, структурный и функциональный подходы для комплексного анализа конкурентных позиций предприятий. Матричный подход позволяет визуализировать и оценить различные аспекты конкурентоспособности, в то время как структурный подход помогает выявить внутренние и внешние факторы, влияющие на эффективность работы агропромышленного комплекса. Функциональный подход акцентирует внимание на ключевых процессах и функциях, необходимых для достижения устойчивого развития и повышения конкурентоспособности. Настоящее исследование предлагает системный анализ и практические рекомендации для повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий агропромышленного комплекса, что является актуальной задачей в условиях современного рынка. Результаты исследования могут быть полезны как для ученых, так и для практиков, стремящихся улучшить позиции своих организаций в условиях растущей конкуренции.

Key aspects of increasing competitiveness in the agro-industrial complex based on various theoretical approaches and analysis methods have been studied. Particular attention has been paid to the advantages that enterprises can achieve compared to competitors. The study is based on A. Marshall’s equilibrium theory, emphasizing the importance of balance between supply and demand in the agricultural sector. Attention has also been focused on manufactured products quality as a fundamental factor influencing competitiveness. The study uses matrix, structural, and functional approaches for a comprehensive analysis of enterprises’ competitive positions. The matrix approach allows to visualize and evaluate various aspects of competitiveness, while the structural approach helps identify internal and external factors influencing the agro-industrial complex efficiency. The functional approach focuses on the key processes and functions necessary to achieve sustainable development and increase competitiveness. The study offers a system analysis and practical recommendations for increasing competitiveness in agro-industrial enterprises, which is a pressing task in the conditions of the modern market. The study results can be useful for both scientists and practitioners seeking to improve the positions of their organizations in the conditions of growing competition.
