Представлены результаты исследования взаимосвязи эмоционального выгорания с удовлетворенностью жизнью у родителей подростка. В современном мире родители сталкиваются с повышенными требованиями и нагрузками. Особую сложность для них представляет подростковый возраст ребенка. Изучение удовлетворенности жизнью и выгорания у родителей подростков имеет большое значение для понимания того, как трансформирующиеся семейные отношения и новые требования влияют на психологическое состояние родителей. В литературе существует много подходов к определению и концептуализации удовлетворенности жизнью и родительского эмоционального выгорания. В настоящем исследовании удовлетворенность жизнью рассматривается как когнитивный-оценочный компонент общего субъективного благополучия, а родительское выгорание – как стрессовый синдром, включающий три компонента: эмоциональное истощение, дистанцирование от детей, снижение чувства родительской эффективности. Эмоциональное выгорание представляет собой длительное негативное переживание, которое снижает общую оценку человеком своего благополучия. На основе данных теоретических положений проведено эмпирическое исследование на российской выборке. По результатам статистического анализа с использованием критерия корреляции Спирмена выявлено, что удовлетворенность жизнью значимо связана с эмоциональным истощением и снижением чувства родительской эффективности, взаимосвязь с дистанцированием оказалась незначимой. Полученные выводы расширяют понимание психологического состояния родителей подростка и могут служить основой для дальнейших разработок в области исследования благополучия родителей

The results of a study of the relationship between emotional burnout and life satisfaction among adolescent parents have been presented. In modern world, parents face increased demands and pressures. Their child’s adolescence is particularly difficult for them. The study of life satisfaction and burnout among adolescent parents is of great importance for understanding how transforming family relationships and new demands affect the psychological state of parents. There are many approaches in the scientific literature to defining and conceptualizing life satisfaction and parental burnout. In this study, life satisfaction has been considered as a cognitive-evaluative component of overall subjective well-being, and parental burnout has been considered as a stress syndrome that includes three components: emotional exhaustion, distancing from children, and a decrease in parental effectiveness. Emotional burnout is a long-term negative experience that reduces a person’s overall assessment of their well-being. Based on these theoretical principles, an empirical study has been conducted on a Russian sample. According to the statistical analysis results using the Spearman correlation criterion, it has been revealed that life satisfaction is significantly associated with emotional exhaustion and a decrease in the sense of parental effectiveness, and the relationship with distancing turned out to be insignificant. The findings expand the understanding of the psychological state of adolescent parents and can serve as a basis for further developments in the parental well-being research.
