Определены особенности управления газовой отраслью в условиях санкционного воздействия и выбор оптимальных экономических инструментов риск-менеджмента. Использованы основные методы, такие как анализ, синтез, изучение статей и онлайн-ресурсов по заданной тематике. Определяющие результаты являются следующими: выявление направлений государственного управления газовой отраслью в условиях санкций, статистический анализ динамики показателей финансовой отчетности ключевых газовых компаний, анализ используемых ими инструментов управления рисками. Итоги исследования могут быть использованы для проведения занятий и подготовки курсов по соответствующей тематике. В качестве перспективы исследования можно отметить возможность проведения детализированного анализа выделенных экономических инструментов управления рисками и формирования с их помощью определенной концепции. По итогам исследования можно сделать следующие выводы: государство оказывает максимально возможную помощь газовым компаниям в России, ориентируясь на уменьшение негативного влияния санкций; динамика показателей финансовой отчетности трех крупнейших газовых организаций подтверждает стабильность их положения на рынке и адаптацию к запретительным мерам; существует ряд инструментов, доказавших свою эффективность в газовых компаниях, которые могут быть использованы другими организациями искомой сферы хозяйствования.

The objective is to determine the specifics of gas industry management under sanctions and to select the optimal economic risk management instruments. The main methods employed include analysis, synthesis, and study of articles and online resources on a given topic. The primary results of the study are as follows: identifying areas of public management of the gas industry under sanctions, statistical analysis of the dynamics of financial statements of key gas companies, and analysis of the risk management instruments they use. The findings of the research can be used to conduct classes and prepare courses on the relevant topic. As a prospect for future research, the possibility of conducting a detailed analysis of the identified economic risk management instruments and, subsequently, formulating a specific conceptual framework based on them can be noted. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn: the state provides the maximum possible assistance to gas companies in Russia, focusing on reducing the negative impact of sanctions; the dynamics of financial statements of the three largest gas organizations allow us to conclude that their position in the market has stabilized and they have adapted to the prohibitive measures; there are a number of instruments that have proven their effectiveness in gas companies that can be used by other organizations in the desired business sector.
