В статье рассматриваются внутренние и внешние факторы, влияющие на финансовую устойчивость российских нефтеперерабатывающих предприятий. Представлено понятие финансовой устойчивости как важнейшего условия стабильного существования предприятия. Рассмотрено обеспечение финансовой устойчивости в условиях волатильности цен на нефть и валютных курсов в нефтяной компании. Предложены рекомендации по управлению дебиторской и кредиторской задолженностью для повышения эффективности деятельности предприятий нефтеперерабатывающей промышленности. Предложены изменения в учетной политике организации в части формирования оценочных резервов для формирования достоверной информации в бухгалтерской отчетности и исключения фактов завышения стоимости имущества
The article considers internal and external factors influencing financial stability of Russian oil refineries. Presents the concept of financial stability as an essential condition of stable existence of the company. Considered financial sustainability in the face of volatility in oil prices and exchange rates in oil company. Recommendations on the management of receivables and payables to improve the efficiency of enterprises of oil refining industry. The proposed changes in the accounting policy of the organization in terms of formation of estimated reserves, the formation of reliable information in financial statements and to exclude evidence of overstatement of the property value.
