В условиях экономической нестабильности и санкционных ограничений возрастает актуальность развития инновационной деятельности. Опыт развитых стран доказывает, что инновационная деятельность является залогом обеспечения экономической безопасности и снижения зависимости национальных экономик от конъюнктуры мирового рынка. В статье представлены аргументы, обосновывающие необходимость переосмысления Россией своей внутренней и внешней политики. Автор обращает внимание на необходимость научно обоснованного управления созданием и коммерциализацией инновационных проектов для перехода на инновационную социально-ориентированную модель развития страны. Проанализированы основные задачи программы инновационного развития, даны основные показатели инновационной деятельности страны, раскрыты проблемы реализации инновационной стратегии.
In conditions of economic instability and sanctions limitations the relevance of the innovation development increases. The experience of advanced nations shows that innovation is the key to economic security and to reducing the dependence of national economies on the international market. The article presents arguments justifying the need to rethink Russia’s domestic and foreign policy. The author draws attention to the need for science-based management the creation and commercialization of innovative projects for the transition to innovative socially oriented development model of the country. The basic tasks of the innovative development program are analyzed, the main indicators of innovative activity of the country are presented, problems of realization of innovative strategy are revealed.
