Abstract
Formed in the nineteenth century the Socialist idea, as well as the implications of revolutionary events in Western Europe, particularly the capitalist way of development in Russia, international situation in the world has meant that our country has gone on the road socialist construction in the understanding, which was then available to leaders of so-viet socialist transformation. In many ways, political and socio-economic life of the young socialist State demonstrated the embodiment of ideas, which for decades have been formed under the socialist utopian thought domestic revolutionary democrats.
