UNIVERSITIES MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND THE PRINCIPLES OF THEIR DESIGNING
Abstract
This article considers the modern tendencies of creation and development of new adaptive control systems of managing the universities in accordance with modern requirements and principles of decentralization. The author proves the expediency of transition to adaptive management systems to ensure competitive development of universities in the conditions of innovation processes in all spheres of life.
