Вызовы многоуровневой конвергенции регионального экономического развития

Настоящее исследование посвящено анализу конвергенции в экономическом развитии регионов, и эти аспекты рассмотрены в статье во взаимоувязке с общим трендом отхода от экономической глобализации и переходом к новому регионализму. Рассмотрены общая тенденция нового регионализма в современном мире, проявление внутрирегиональных диспропорций не только на уровне интеграционного объединения стран, но и на внутристрановом уровне. Установлено, что значимым мотивом в пользу регионализации является укрепление отношений и стратегического партнерства между «дружественными» странами, которое изменяет сложившиеся ранее модели международного экономического сотрудничества и делает акцент на региональных приоритетах социально-экономического развития. Анализ региональной конвергенции показал, что такая конвергенция имеет исторический тренд к замедлению, которое в целом проявляется на международном и внутристрановом уровнях, что отчасти связано с неоднородными моделями роста регионов. Странам и регионам в будущем потребуются новые механизмы адаптации к кризисам и турбулентности глобальной экономики.
