Modern digital transformation trends in global and Russian industry has been studied, and scenarios for developing digital transformation trends in domestic industry until 2030 have been considered. The definition and characteristics of industrial digital transformation, as well as its trends, have been given. Attention has been focused on the impact of implementing trending technologies of Industry 4.0 on the achievement of Russian technological sovereignty. The global market of Industry 4.0 technologies has been analyzed, and the key trends of their implementation in the global industry by region have been highlighted. Based on statistical data, the dynamics of implementing digital technologies in the Russian industry for 2020-2023 has been studied, and promising trend technologies of its digital transformation have been described. Based on the analysis, scenarios have been considered for predicting digital transformation trends development in the Russian industry until 2030, including the global crisis and baseline and favorable scenarios. Based on the study results, it has been concluded that there is a discrepancy between the domestic industry digital transformation trends and the global one. An assumption has been made about the possibility of implementing the fourth scenario for developing trends in the digital transformation of the Russian industrial base.
