State assist for the formation of innovative infrastructure

Abstract
The article considers the analyzes of state policy of Russian Federation in the formation of innovative infrastructure. The study examines key mechanisms of state support, including technology parks, special economic zones and specialized funds, and also their role in creating favorable conditions for the development of high-tech industries. Special attention is paid to financial support instruments – grants and subsidies – and their impact on the development of the national innovation system. The mechanisms of budget fund allocation and the extent of their influence on investor activity in the field of modern technologies are also examined.
The originality of the study is in a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of state support for innovation infrastructure based on the latest statistical data for 2024–2025, which made it possible to identify current systemic barriers and substantiate priority directions for improving state policy in the field under study.
The main directions of state support are identified and the results of implementation of innovation programs in modern economic conditions are evaluated, including regarding existing economic challenges and a number of factors influencing the situation in the industry.
