QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN BUSINESS SCHOOL

Abstract
The arguments substantiating the necessity of creation and development of a quality management system in educational programs in business schools are presented. The problems of evaluating the quality of educational programs related to their effectiveness are examined. The problems of internal control of educational programs, monitoring the results of training and the quality of teaching are systematized. Special attention is paid to the solution of organizational and methodological problems: the formation of a system of analytical indicators that allows to effectively implement the main objectives of assessing the quality of education, the study and self-assessment of the state of development and efficiency of the business school.
