THE RESOURCE POTENTIAL OF A CONSTRUCTION ORGANIZATION: STRUCTURE, SYSTEM OF EVALUATION INDICATORS OF THE AVAILABILITY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ITS USE

Abstract
The content of the concept «resource potential» is considered. The structure of the resource potential of the construction company, which includes such resource potentials as production, labor, financial, intellectual, information and innovation, - has been determined. Since the key to the success of any organization is its availability of the necessary resource base, the process of planning the development of the construction company must necessarily include an assessment of resource potential. Evaluation of the resource potential of the construction organization should be carried out in two ways - in terms of the availability of all types of resources and the effectiveness of their use. Taking this into account, the article presents a system of indicators to assess the status and effectiveness of the use of the resource potential of the construction company as a whole.
