SHADOW ECONOMY: PROBLEMS OF CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL ESTIMATES

Abstract

The topical issues of construction of industrial estimates related to scales of shadow activity in the economy are considered. The recommendations of international organizations regarding indicators of shadow activity in the sectors of national economy construction methodology are systematized. Basic methodological approaches to the construction of relevant industrial indicators are considered. The results of comparative analysis of the methodological approaches used in international statistics for estimation the scales of shadow activity in the economy sectors are presented, the modifications of the method of physical inputs are proposed.
