THE DIGITAL WORLD OF BUSINESS AND PEOPLE: PROBLEMS AND DEVELOPMENT TENDENCIES

Abstract

Modern production implies qualitatively new strategies of doing business, which bases on the effective use of information technology. The development of qualitatively new business models involves not only the transformation of technological infrastructure, but also the qualitative restructuring of personnel activities. The transition to the new conditions of activity constitutes a rather complex process in its content, which is accompanying by the transformation of the organization’s infrastructure, changes the system of production interactions, forms and quality of work. The article reveals the main mechanisms of digital transformation of business, as well as identifies the problems that have arisen in the process of transition to new business conditions.
