THE STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGIONAL AIRPORT ON THE BASIS OF ETALON STRATEGY
Abstract
The article deals with the main aspects and distinctive features of strategic management, which allows speaking about it as of independent approach towards management. It was stated that the significance of the strategic approach increases considerably under the conditions of growing external environment instability in which the transport organizations including airports are performing. The possibility of application of the etalon strategies at elaboration of the strategy of the regional airport development is illustrated. The main types of the etalon strategies are analyzed as well as their application in the regional airport work is shown.
