EVOLUTION AND DEVELOPMENT TRENDS OF ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURES OF LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The article contemplates and characters the main stages of development of organizational structures of logistic management that are appropriate for big and middle-size companies doing business in developed economies. The author has identified key modern trends of logistic management in companies focusing on such issues as centralization and decentralization of logistic management, the role of modern technologies in changing of the status of logistics in a company. There are positive and negative aspects of different forms of logistic management described in the article.
