CURRENT ISSUES OF MANAGEMENT
In the context of global digitalization, AI technologies are increasingly becoming an important tool for managing personnel. The AI’s role and impact on the transformation of decision-making tools and technologies in the personnel management system is stidued. The problem area of research is AI as a tool for improving the quality of making and implementing managerial decisions in the context of the digital transformation of the personnel management sphere at a modern company. The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of the use of AI technologies on the content and quality of solving the main personnel tasks. The objective of the study is to identify the advantages and disadvantages that a company that has embarked on the path of using AI in solving personnel issues.
The results of the analysis of the practice of using AI technologies by Russian and foreign companies to solve personnel issues are presented. The challenges associated with the ethical and social aspects of AI technologies implementation in personnel management are analyzed. The authors conclude that it is necessary to integrate AI technologies into both the corporate management system and the functional personnel management system in order to ensure the competitiveness and sustainable development of a modern company.
The presented conclusions and proposals are based on the results of national expert monitoring, research conducted by Russian and foreign companies on the effective use of digital tools in solving personnel management tasks.
A comparative analysis of three leading project management standards — PMBOK (United States of America), P2M (Japan) and PRINCE2 (Great Britain) — with an emphasis on their cultural characteristics is been carried out. The purpose of the study is to identify and systematize the value orientations embedded in each standard under the influence of the national mentality, historical context, and business culture of the country of origin. The methodological basis of the study is based on the integrated use of comparative analysis, contextual reading of the standards’ documentation, as well as a generalizing interpretation of key provisions set out in official manuals and publications.
The research paper reveals how cultural characteristics are reflected in approaches to individualism or collectivism, task orientation or interpersonal relationships, as well as in the expected personal qualities of employees. The study results show that the PMBOK is focused on individualism and value creation, the P2M is focused on collectivism and innovative transformation, and the PRINCE2 combines elements of both approaches, focusing on a controlled environment.
The study highlights the importance of considering the cultural characteristics of each country. They have a significant impact on the perception and application of the standards, which is important when implementing and adapting the standards in international project management practice.
The purpose of the study is to systematize and compare modern models of university management (continental, Anglo-Saxon, and hybrid) in order
to identify the most effective mechanisms for adaptation to the new architecture of international relations. Systematic and institutional approaches, comparative legal, comparative management analyses, statistical summaries evaluation, and analytical reports are used. Elements of sociological analysis and case study are involved.
The research paper shows that hierarchical structures and rigid bilateral agreements are losing their effectiveness, giving way to flexible network consortia and digital ecosystems. It is summarized that the optimal strategy for Russian universities in the current period is the transition to a hybrid management scheme (assuming a combination of state strategic goal-setting (in particular, when turning to the markets of the Global South) with broad operational autonomy of universities in the choice of partnership instruments). The novelty of the research lies in the typologization of management practices based on the latest statistical data, the development of matrix recommendations for networking institutionalization, which will help minimize transaction costs and political risks.
The study can serve as a conceptual basis for adjusting university development strategies. It will be useful for university management staff and specialists at international departments.
STRATEGIES AND INNOVATIONS
The article solves the scientific problem of developing methodological tools for ensuring the activities of expert commissions that evaluate innovative projects in the process of selecting them for financing.
The purpose of the article is to test the author’s approach to the formation of expert commissions using multi-criteria decision-making methods (MCDM). The analysis of the existing methodological framework.
for using the expert method of evaluating innovative projects to assess the prospects of innovative projects and make decisions about their financing was conducted. The conclusions about the shortcomings of existing approaches, their “growth points” and the need to find alternative options for conducting expertise are formulated. The analytical and factual materials contain provisions concerning the use of the expert method for solving various tasks, including those related to the evaluation of innovative projects, which has both theoretical and practical significance.
Based on the analysis and critical reflection of existing approaches, “white spots” in the research field were identified and directions for improving the process of forming expert commissions were proposed. The calculation formulas that make it possible to form and verify expert commissions, which is a prerequisite for further testing, and therefore various directions for detailing actions at the stages of forming such commissions are proposed in order to improve the accuracy and quality of expertise are presented.
Modern technologies, materials and equipment used in projects aimed at creating a safe urban environment are studied. The authors identify and cluster the project risks and present strategies and necessary measures to mitigate and minimize them.
The relevance of this topic is determined by the rapidly growing trend of urbanization, which poses new challenges to society in general, and state, municipal and commercial organizations in particular. To cope these challenges, it is necessary to develop and implement projects which consider the specifics of technological, social and environmental risk factors. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the proposed risk matrix, which reflects the specifics of each risk and how it is necessary to react it.
Article use such methods as analysis of scientific literature on topics safety, comfortable and safe urban environment, trends and statistics of urbanization, synthesis of information on innovative practical solutions for creating a safe urban environment, analysis of urban risks and ways to mitigate them, analysis of modern technologies, materials and equipment used in projects to ensure a safe urban environment.
The research results can be used in the development of new and modernization of existing solutions for urban infrastructure.
The target indicators of the EAEU Digital Agenda and the degree of their implementation in different countries of the organization are studied. The change in the e-Government Development Index in the EAEU countries, which is directly related to the implementation of the Digital Agenda, is assessed. The measures that have been implemented until 2025 to achieve the targets of the Digital Agenda and digitalization of the countries’ railways are reviewed.
Despite the implementation of several items on the Digital agenda, the main issues of digitalization have not been solved for various reasons such as “black swans” in the form of COVID-19 and other events, as well as bureaucracy in each individual country, which hinders the integration of digital spaces. An important point is the focus of digital transformation leaders on the unusual, non-standard model of digital integration of the countries, unlike the EU, which also hinders the successful implementation of the conditions of the Digital Agenda.
An increase in employment in the information and communication technologies sphere was also not achieved due to the massive outflow of information technology specialists from Russia and Belarus in 2022. Training specialists to work in the digital economy is carried out non-systematically and only in Russia and Belarus, there are no unified programs for the EAEU.
The purpose of the study is to identify and develop approaches to form employer branding advantages as a challenge and opportunity for organizations in a highly competitive environment. In study used general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, and abstraction. In the practice of domestic companies, the potential of employer brands is underestimated. The company’s lack of awareness about itself and its advantages makes it difficult to understand clearly its role, mission, values and guidelines. Also, it forms unconvincing image of the employer, which is perceived with distrust and refractory.
The central issue of developing employer branding advantages is the identification of preliminary expectations between the employee and employer, the desire for the greatest possible coincidence between the two parties involved, and the linking of the employee’s personal choice to remain and be part of the company. This article presents a substantive platform for employer branding advantages, including the conceptual framework of the employer brand, the prerequisites for developing its advantages, and identifiers for the development of HR strategies and company policies. In line with key ideas of psychological contract theory, organizational identification, and organizational identity, employer branding’s identity benefits serve as a point of contact between employee and employer, linking their choice to collaborate.
Study results may be useful to form practice and politics, attract and retain staff, based on management of employer brand identity advantages.
The article considers the analyzes of state policy of Russian Federation in the formation of innovative infrastructure. The study examines key mechanisms of state support, including technology parks, special economic zones and specialized funds, and also their role in creating favorable conditions for the development of high-tech industries. Special attention is paid to financial support instruments – grants and subsidies – and their impact on the development of the national innovation system. The mechanisms of budget fund allocation and the extent of their influence on investor activity in the field of modern technologies are also examined.
The originality of the study is in a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of state support for innovation infrastructure based on the latest statistical data for 2024–2025, which made it possible to identify current systemic barriers and substantiate priority directions for improving state policy in the field under study.
The main directions of state support are identified and the results of implementation of innovation programs in modern economic conditions are evaluated, including regarding existing economic challenges and a number of factors influencing the situation in the industry.
Innovation activity of the manufacturing industry organizations in Russia in 20202024 is analyzed. The purpose of the study is to identify the discrepancy between the growth in the number of innovatively active enterprises and the dynamics of innovative production release, as well as to assess the effectiveness of innovative costs. The study is based on official statistical data from the Federal State Statistics Service for 2020–2024. The following methods are used: statistical analysis of the dynamics (calculation of chain and basic increments), comparative analysis of the manufacturability degree and economic activity types, calculation of innovation efficiency (ratio of the share of innovative products to the share of innovation costs), Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, and graphical methods of presenting the results.
A key contradiction is revealed: as the share of innovatively active enterprises increased from 21.3% to 23.7%, the share of innovative products decreased from 8.5% to 8.3%. Innovation efficiency peaked at 3.8 in 2023 and dropped to 3.3 by 2024. The research paper proves that the relationship between the level of innovation activity and the share of innovative products is weak, while costs correlate with the result significantly more strongly, which indicates the predominance of extensive factors with a decrease in the quality of innovation.
The authors develop recommendations to shift the focus from increasing the number of innovatively active enterprises to stimulating the launch of fundamentally new products, as well as process innovations in high-tech industries and the development of sectoral import substitution programs for medium-tech and low-tech sectors.
DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRY AND REGIONAL MANAGEMENT
The analysis and systematization of measures taken within the framework of the sectoral import substitution management system in the investment and construction sector are carried out. The main focus is on identifying critical import positions and assessing the current state of production localization. The relevance of the research topic is dictated by the need to reduce the technological dependence of the construction industry on foreign supplies, aggravated by sanctions pressure, as well as the need to ensure Russia’s economic independence and stimulate innovative progress.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the specifics of implementing an import substitution strategy in the construction industry. The object of the research is the construction industry, the subject is the process of import substitution in this sector. Research objectives include assessing the state of the industry, examining the current replacement situation, and exploring future opportunities. The research methodology includes theoretical methods (for analyzing the current economic situation and systematizing regulatory measures) and empirical methods (based on comparing the management indicators of the construction industry with the general economic situation, including an analysis of the dynamics of housing commissioning and building materials production).
The analysis of the material shows an increase in domestic building materials production and successful replacement of basic components. However, high dependence remains in high-tech segments. The authors note that the successful functioning of the import substitution management system depends on the coordination of actions of the state, enterprises, and research institutes, as well as on the creation of infrastructure for testing and certification.
The purpose of the study is to analyze regional systems for cleaning and disposing of solid household waste in the residential sector. The research paper applies methods of analyzing garbage collection technologies in residential areas in Russia regions, comparing waste management approaches in foreign countries and the main technological solutions used to optimize waste management processes.
The role of waste disposal in Russia is studied. Regional systems of cleaning and disposal of solid household waste in the residential sector are analyzed. The foreign experience of waste disposal in the residential sector is reviewed, and attention is focused on the need to stimulate the development and adoption of innovative measures, including within the framework of program-oriented regulation on the organization of separate waste collection in Russia. The importance of the integrated formation of not only infrastructure, but also facilities for managing solid household waste in the residential sector as a measure to reduce environmental risks at the regional level is substantiated.
The research paper is of an overview nature and is focused on identifying issues in the regional system of cleaning and disposal of solid household waste.
The features of social and economic development in Russian mountainous territories are studied, and the expediency of a program-oriented approach to their management is substantiated. The current regulatory legal acts and practices are reviewed: federal legislation on strategic planning, the model law of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS, regional laws and government programs, and implementation cases in the Republic of Dagestan and the Chechen Republic.
Using the Republic of Dagestan case, the research paper shows the mountainous territories scale, the population proportion, industry indicators, and priority support measures, including subsidies and investment projects, as well as infrastructure initiatives in road construction, gasification, and energy supply. Key issues are identified: power grids deterioration, insufficient gasification, low level of the road network, population outflow, and limited investment attractiveness.
The definition of mountain territories and their status consolidation at the legislative level of Russia, the creation of a federal state program for the social and economic development of the country, strengthening the role of regional and municipal authorities, as well as expanding the participation of local communities in addressing issues of mountain development and monitoring systems implementation for the effectiveness of mountain development programs are proposed as strategic directions.
A theoretical and methodological understanding of approaches to the urban transport system analysis in the context of forming and developing the smart city concept is carried out. The urban transport system is considered as a complex socio-technical subsystem of the urban environment, the functioning of which is determined by a combination of infrastructural, managerial, digital, and behavioral factors. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need for a comprehensive theoretical understanding of urban mobility transformation in the context of digitalization and intelligent transport solutions implementation.
Based on the scientific literature analysis, the key theoretical approaches to the study of the urban transport system are systematized, including systemic, functional, spatial, institutional, behavioral, cybernetic, and innovative approaches. The author shows that each of the approaches focuses on individual aspects of transport functioning and has both analytical capabilities and certain limitations. It is revealed that the application of individual theoretical approaches does not allow to fully cover the multilevel nature of the functioning of the urban transport system, necessitating their integrated use. A structured classification of indicators is proposed to assess the urban transport system development in the context of implementing the smart city concept.
The results obtained form the methodological basis for further research and can be used when developing programs and strategies for urban transport modernization.
ECONOMICS: PROBLEMS, SOLUTIONS AND PROSPECTS
The object of the study is the monetary policy of the Bank of Russia in terms of adaptation to external challenges and structural transformation of the economy. The subject of the study is the transmission mechanism of monetary policy. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that the inflation targeting strategy chosen by the Bank of Russia makes it possible to influence economic activity, as well as price dynamics. However, the actions of the Bank of Russia are criticized by state authorities, who point to the negative impact of the measures applied to stabilize and grow the economy.
The purpose of the study is to show the effects on inflationary processes of the main channels of the monetary policy transmission mechanism and to propose methods for fine-tuning the transmission mechanism for its effective functioning in the future throughout the country. The following methods are applied: description, generalization, comparison, specification, collection, and analysis of numerical data, documents, and research results. The information base of the study is represented by materials from the Bank of Russia, the Federal State Statistics Service, and the country’s leading economists’ works.
The research paper concludes that the synergistic effect of fine-tuning the transmission mechanism through the interaction of the interest rate regulation channel and the inflationary expectation channel will make monetary policy more mobile in conditions of economic instability. The Bank of Russia is proposed to implement a micro-regional key rate, which will unlock the accumulated potential of the Main Departments of the Bank of Russia, strengthen the responsibility of its branches for effective implementation of monetary policy, considering the specifics of regional development, provide an incentive to revive investment activity, and have a restraining effect on inflationary surges in the regions.
A study of the formation and development of the CHEKA has been conducted, the prerequisites for the development of the concept of CHEKA in the context of the formation and subsequent transformation of the higher education system have been identified. The economic concepts of the XVII – XXI centuries, the methodological foundations and the principal directions of the development of the theory of the Cheka are analyzed. The distinctive features of the formation of the education system in the context of the development of CHEKA concepts are considered. The role of higher education as an important element of capital accumulation is substantiated. The influence of the level of education on the amount of wages has been established. The value of education in the context of the reorganization of the economy and the development of industries for increasing entrepreneurial activity and the transition to innovative technologies is emphasized. The features of the development of the models “University 1.0”, “University 2.0”, “University 3.0.” and “University 4.0” are highlighted.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the transformation of the CHEKA content in the process of developing the theory of CHEKA, considering the reform of the higher education system. The scientific assumption is put forward that the foundation of the formation and development of the national Cheka is the system of higher education, on the effectiveness of which the quality of the national CHEKA depends. The methodological basis is based on classical and modern concepts of CHEKA, the results of scientific research and practical developments of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of CHEKA.
The scientific significance of the research lies in the actualization of the problem of the development of the national CHEKA through higher education, as well as the task of adapting universities to the real needs of the economy in order to meet the needs of business, industry and society as a whole.
The purpose of the study is to assess the effectiveness of innovation activities of small enterprises in Russia in 2019–2024 based on an analysis of innovation activity dynamics, regional imbalances, cost effectiveness, and structural shifts. The analysis methodology is based on data from the Federal State Statistics Service (form No. 2-MP innovation) using methods of economic and statistical analysis such as calculation of absolute gains, variation indicators, cost effectiveness coefficient (ratio of the share of innovative products to the share of innovation costs), and Pearson correlation analysis.
Over the period 2019–2024, the share of innovatively active small enterprises in Russia increased from 5.8 to 7.4 %, while chain growth slowed to 0.2 percentage points, which is two to five times lower than the level of developed countries (data from 2024). The coefficient of variation for the Federal Districts increased from 26.5 (2019) up to 44.0% (2024), which indicates the transition to significant interregional polarization. The cost effectiveness indicator decreased from 2.5 (2019) to 1.7 (2024), while research and development costs increased to 27.2% and software costs increased to 19.4% (from 0.8% in 2019). Correlation analysis (2024, 75 constituent entities) shows a weak link between innovation the cost of research and development activities (r = 0.22) and a negative relationship with the number of subsidies (r = – 0.19).
Proposed measures to adjust government policy are regional innovation vouchers, technology commercialization centers, tax cashback, and interregional clusters.
A comparative analysis of institutional models of platform employment regulation in the EU, the USA, and Russia is carried out. The relevance of the research topic is due to the rapid spread of digital platforms and the transformation of traditional labor relations under the influence of economy digitalization. Based on the neo-institutional approach and the structural decomposition of the models by key elements (legal status of employees, social protection, fiscal architecture, the role of platforms, and control mechanisms), systemic differences in national regulatory trajectories are identified.
The research paper shows that the EU forms a proactive and inclusive model focused on the integration of platform labor into the system of labor law and social protection. The USA implements a liberally fragmented structure with a predominance of contractor status and decentralized regulation at the state level. Russia is developing a platform-based fiscal model based on digital administration and income legalization through self-employment. It is established that the differences between the models are determined not only by the peculiarities of legal regulation, but also by the historically formed institutional trajectories of the labor market and social policy.
The author concludes that it is necessary to form a balanced regulatory strategy combining technological flexibility, institutional stability and social protection of platform employees.
INVESTMENT VALUATION
The article addresses the construction of a formalized analytical tool for comparative assessment of investment attractiveness in mining industry projects, combining financial and economic indicators, ESG compliance criteria, and production digitalization metrics within a unified calculation framework.
The study use a system of decomposition techniques, weighted multi-attribute decision-making (MCDA), pairwise comparison via the AHP procedure, min-max rescaling of heterogeneous variables, and a managerial flexibility valuation approach calibrated to shifting regulatory conditions. A three-block indicator system was constructed, and an algorithm for standardization and aggregation into an integral investment index (III) was proposed. Practical validation was conducted using model data for three mining projects.
The key finding is that a project with the minimum baseline NPV but high ESG and digital sub-index values outperforms competitors in the final ranking, indicating significant distortion of results when analysis is limited exclusively to financial metrics. The originality of the work is defined by the integration of financial analysis methods, ESG assessment, and digital maturity measurement into a unified formalized structure oriented toward the specifics of mining production.
A management toolkit is developed that allows a music label to choose between streaming monetization in streaming services and payments from sync when commercializing music rights. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that in practice, channel selection is often carried out situationally, without a comparable risk and profitability model, which increases the likelihood of incorrect pricing and transaction losses.
The methodological basis of the study is Design Science Research, with the help of which the requirements for a management decision are formulated, a set of procedures and metrics is designed, and approbation is performed. The toolkit includes an IP Audit Map to capture the chain of rights and restrictions, a Strategy Tree is used to select a channel based on transaction terms and risk profile, a Royalty Valuation Model is used to calculate expected flows, a Deal Pipeline is used to set milestones, and a KPI panel is used to monitor the quality of rights and actual profitability.
The testing is carried out on five synchronization transactions (non-exclusive, territory is the whole world, term is the entire period of validity of rights, and distribution is 50/50) with a comparison of streaming revenue in a threemonth window ‘before/after’. There is no steady growth in streaming income (– 0.74% in the sample), while payments from synchronization provide the copyright holder with the equivalent of 1.1–20.9 months of basic streaming (median is approximately 5.3 months).
FINANCE AND BANKING
The banking sector operates under technological turbulence and geopolitical instability. It devalues traditional competitive advantages: scale, branch networks, cheap funding, and foreground a bank’s ability to adapt and deliver a unique customer experience.
The propose of the study is to systematize theoretical concepts of innovative strategies for enhancing banking competitiveness and to identify the most promising directions of their implementation in the Russian market. The methodology combines dialectical cognition, content analysis of scholarly works, Bank of Russia reports and industry conference materials of the past four years, and a systemic approach to technological, market and organizational factors of competitiveness.
It is shown that in the digital economy competitiveness shifts from the product line toward ecosystems and data management, while Porter’s five forces are complemented by inter-ecosystem competition. Technological (artificial intelligence, open banking, BaaS, central bank digital currencies), organizational and managerial (Agile, cross-functional teams, fintech alliances) and marketing (hyperpersonalization) innovations are systematized, and five groups of innovation risks are classified. Particular attention is paid to the Russian banking sector under sanctions pressure and the imperative of technological sovereignty.
Further research will empirically verify the framework on Russian banks and develop a quantitative model linking innovation strategies to competitiveness indicators.
SOCIAL TECHNOLOGIES AND PROCESSES
The specifics of forming corporate culture in social sector organizations at the intersection of institutional-normative, value-motivational, and practical-managerial factors is studied. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign studies, regulatory documents, and empirical cases of social services, corporate culture is conceptualized as a mechanism for institutionalizing the values of caring, social justice, and support for vulnerable groups of population. Institutional, value-oriented, and activity-based approaches are applied to describe the impact of the legal environment, the “moral core” of staff, and specific management practices on the cultural environment configuration.
The key characteristics of corporate culture in social sector are high value load, dependence on the professional identity of employees, and integration of tools to support staff, prevent burnout, and ensure the quality of social services. It is shown that corporate culture in social sector ceases to act as a background context and turns into a managed resource that determines the employment sustainability, the trust of service recipients, and the effectiveness of organizational changes.
The prospects for further research related to empirical verification of the proposed model, assessment of the effectiveness of specific cultural interventions, and comparative analysis of various types of social organizations are identified. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the identified parameters of corporate culture in diagnosing and designing staff development programs and modernizing management systems of social institutions.
The purpose of the study within the creative industries sector is to identify stable patterns determining vertical professional mobility in the field of digital content creation.
The sociological investigation into the mobility challenges faced by content creators in this sector based not only on classic theories of social mobility but also, significantly, upon the tenets of Johan Huizinga’s *Homo Ludens* regarding the all-encompassing nature of the phenomenon of play. A large-scale survey was conducted involving 900 respondents—participants in the creative industries residing in major metropolitan areas—alongside an expert survey of over 40 creative industry professionals. It is important to consider the practical experience of the co-author, who has been professionally engaged in creative industry content creation for over 20 years, including work in formats “Fun and Creative Club” (KNA) and blogging. An analysis of the empirical data from this pilot sociological study (N=900)—conducted by P.P. Yanchuk—revealed the structure and determinants of vertical professional mobility within the digital content creation sphere.
Preliminary conclusions are drawn regarding the existence of stable patterns linking respondents’ social origins, educational backgrounds, early socialization experiences (specifically, involvement in team-based competitive formats such as KVN), and their current professional status (including income levels and career strategies). The study highlights the heterogeneity of this professional group and facilitates the delineation of a socio-stratificational model for the sector.
CURRENT TRENDS IN PSYCHOLOGY
Modern education develops the creativity, which is necessary to adapt and find unconventional solutions. The educational environment may both stimulate and limit imagination; therefore, comparing different conditions makes it possible to identify the most effective ways to foster children’s creative potential.
The purpose of the study is to explore the psychological characteristics of the formation and development of creativity in preschool children educated in differently designed educational environments. The study involved 57 children of the preparatory group: 31 pupils from Kindergarten No. 22 “Romashka” and 26 pupils from Kindergarten No. 2 “Buratino” in Aksay. The research included such methods as comparative analysis of theories, mathematical data processing in SPSS 23.0, and the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking. The study was conducted in groups working in different educational environments. The first group was tested by the author’s program “Development of Creative Thinking in Senior Preschool Children through the Use of Electronic Drawing Software in the Work of the Educational Psychologist” (experimental group). The second group was tested by the programs “Development of Creative Thinking in Senior Preschool Children Using Edward de Bono’s ‘Six Thinking Hats’ Method” (control group).
The analysis showed that after realization of the programs, both groups demonstrated positive dynamics in creativity development: the overall indicator increased by 44 %. E. de Bono’s “Six Thinking Hats” program proved efficiency in developing of verbal, figural, verbal-auditory, and general creative thinking. The results of the study confirm the importance of developing creative abilities which depends on the educational environment.
The results of studying the severity of the leading types of interpersonal relations among ballroom dancers on a professional level are presented. The purpose of the study consists in studying the severity of different leading types of interpersonal relationships with the social environment among professional dancers, studying the sexual features of the process of social cognition by male and female partners of the socio-psychological determinants of each other within the framework of joint dance and sports activities.
As a diagnostic tool the author used the Test of diagnosis of interpersonal relations T. Leary in adaptation L. N. Sobchik. The research showed that the “Responsible-generous” is the predominant type of interaction in interpersonal relationships for dancers of both sexes, both in self-evaluation and bilateral assessment.
The study also obtained results postulating the presence of gender differences in the subjective assessment and assessment “from” the leading type of interpersonal relations of their partners among professional dancers. Female dancers tend to underestimate such leading interpersonal relations types as “Responsible-generous” and “Managerial-autocratic” in young men, relative to these self-assessments. Also, they overestimate the “Modest-Self-effacing” and “Docile-dependent” types. Whereas male dancers clearly determine the “Docile-dependent” type in young female dancers. However, they tend to overestimate the severity of such leading types of interpersonal relations in girls as “Competitive-narcissistic” and “Cooperative-over-conventional”.
The study results will enrich the theoretical basis of dance sports and improve the socio-psychological field of studying intersex interaction within the framework of jointly performed activities.
This article analyzes the needs, interests, and values of prisoners as psychological determinants of the formation and reproduction of a prison subculture. The aim of the study is to identify how the isolation conditions and informal norms of the penitentiary medium transform the motivational sphere of prisoners and consolidate subcultural attitudes, which affect behavior and life prospects.
The methodology includes a theoretical and analytical review of Russian research in penitentiary psychology and criminology, a content analysis of scientific sources, and a secondary analysis of published empirical data. Maslow’s hierarchy of needs serves as an interpretive framework. In prison, the needs for security, belonging, and status acquire particular significance. The satisfaction of these needs is often mediated by informal hierarchy, group norms, and sanctions, forming stable strategies of conformity to the subculture. Authors generalizе data on the value orientations of prisoners (family, work, financial security, education, housing prospects) and their relationship to age, gender, and the serves of their sentence.
The results of the study among young people show the differences in life plans between subculture oriented and not. The first more often demonstrate a distrust of legal integration strategies. The second choose
Work, education, and social reconnection. The practical significance connects with the justification of preventive and corrective measures that consider the motivations and values of prisoners to improve the effectiveness of resocialization and reduce recidivism.
The study researches teenager`s behavior in conflict situations, in romantic relationships and depending on their level of emotional intelligence (EI). The models of romantic relationships, approaches to studying conflicts and EI are considered.
The purpose of the study is to identify the features of choosing behavior strategies and their outcomes among teenagers with different EI levels. The objectives include determining EI levels and conflict resolution styles, conducting regression analysis to assess EI’s influence on behavior choices, and analyzing behavioral patterns in conflicts with romantic partners among adolescents with varying EI.
Authors used such methods as: the “EmIn” test by D. V. Lusin and the “Thomas-Kilmann” (adaptation of N. V. Shangina), with semi-structured interview. The sample consisted of 115 teenagers aged 11-17 who had romantic relationships at the time of the study. 17 teenagers were participated in interview.
The results showed that EI levels influence conflict behavior strategies: teenagers with high EI tend to cooperate and better manage their emotions, while teens with low EI often avoid conflicts. Managing others’ emotions is connected with a competitive strategy, whereas a lack of this skill is connected with a compliance.
The study researches the problem of personal maturity applied to youth and the specifics of its manifestation among boys and girls, focused on professional and volunteer helping activity. With the increase of infantilization among young people, the importance of personal maturity, focused on helping activity, is emphasized.
Based on the data available in psychological research, personal maturity is considered as the integration of some intrapersonal and interpersonal characteristics.
