5.2 The abstract  reflects the subject and purpose of the article, the methodology, the main research results, the research scope, the research perspectives, the conclusions. It is a summary of the article. The abstract should answer the question: “What is your article about?” There can be no introduction, introductory phrases and general sentences.

The abstract should be informative (not containing common words), original, structured and compact.

The abstract volume is 150-200 words.

5.3 Keywords are the words that will be used to index your article in the RSCI as well as in international databases. These should be expressions consisting of 1 or maximum 3 words. The more capacious the words are, the more likely your article will be indexed by the system during a search query. This means that the article will be read and quoted. Competently written keywords allow you to increase your citation rate.   7-15 keywords or keyword phrases are allowed. Key words are separated by a comma. There is no full stop at the end of the citation.

5.4 The article should be structured according to internationally accepted standards: introduction (the problem statement on the current topic, aims and objectives, clear description of the article structure), main part of the article (review of relevant scientific sources, description of methodology, research results and their analysis), conclusion (conclusions, directions for further research).

The main part of the article should necessarily consist of independent sections, which are highlighted in bold.

5.5 The bibliography is a list with a single numbering of the literature used (it is recommended to use from 12 to 25 sources).

The list is formed as sources are mentioned in the text of the article.

References to the literature cited in the text are given in square brackets at the end of the sentence or paragraph: [1], and if the text refers to more than one source, then a semicolon [1; 2].  In the case of direct citation, which is drawn up in inverted commas, it is obligatory to indicate the source page numbers, e.g. [1, p. 3]. In exceptional cases the reference may be placed inside the sentence, if necessary.

When the source is mentioned again, the same number that was previously assigned to the source is indicated.

That is, each new source at the first mention receives its own unique number.

The list should contain bibliographic details about all publications, normative documents, programmes referred to in the article and should not contain references to publications that are not referenced in the text.

The References should contain at least five scientific sources relevant to the scientific problems under analysis, and should also include sources published in the last 7 years.

The bibliography must be duplicated in English (References).

If a source has a DOI, it should be mentioned at the end of the bibliography.

A maximum of 20% self-citation in the bibliography is allowed.

It is not allowed to refer to material from the “Wikipedia”, to the channel “Yandex.Dzen”.

It is obligatory to refer to the specific figure in the article, for example (see Figure 2).

The figure should be readable, legible and of good quality.

At the end of the figure and table there should be a reference to the source, or it should be stated: compiled by the author on the research materials.

Each table should be designated by a number.

All tables must have a title.

All columns in the tables should have titles.

Each parameter in the table must have a measurement unit, which is indicated after comma.

Tables and figures are numbered independently of each other, as follows: Table 1, Figure 1.

FORMULAS

Formulas are typed in the Math Type editor.

Formulas are numbered continuous, in Arabic numerals, in parentheses. The number is aligned to the right side of the text border. Numbering is done outside the formula editor in the order the formula appears in the text. Numbered formulas to be referred to in the text are placed on a separate line in the centre of the text.

It is prohibited to use the “Symbol” option to put a mathematical or any other symbol, dashes, inverted commas, etc.

Superscripts and subscripts are used for degree indicators and indices.
