INTEGRATION MODEL OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BUSINESS PROCESSES IN LOGISTICS OPERATOR

Abstract
The article deals with the aspects of logistics capabilities in terms of improving the competitiveness of logistics providers when using knowledge management systems. The basic concepts of dynamic and operational capabilities in the eective management of business processes and their relationship with the processes of knowledge management. The main characteristics of the model of integration of knowledge in the management of business processes of logistics service operators (3PL) and its main parts in the form of strategy, vision and values of the company, the main business processes, processes of integration of knowledge in the management of business processes and information technology.
