MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF THE MODERN ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF INTRODUCTION OF THE INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL

Abstract
The questions of the eective movement of the intellectual capital at the enterprise in the conditions of introduction of innovations are considered. It is shown that development of mechanisms and channels of investment of the intellectual capital should be based on the concept allowing you to explore all the components of the innovation management process at various levels and increase the eciency of the enterprise’s intellectual activity. Increases in eciency of innovative activity of the enterprise on the basis of the complex analysis of use of innovative potential and intellectual resources are shown.
