Project management methods application by industrial enterprises in conditions of the economy digitalization

Abstract

The methods of project management in the article from the point of view of their applicability for industrial enterprises operating in conditions of economy digitalization have been analysed. One of the options for applying project management methods in industrial enterprises that fulfill the task of the production process informatization has been suggested. The use of project management methods facilitates the adaptation of enterprises to changing environmental conditions caused by active development and implementation of information technologies and society digitalization allows you to identify and make the most complete use of available resources, make effective management decisions, establish interactions between departments that perform various functions. The process of applying project management methods should be carried out with regard to the goal defined by the company’s strategy and to the trends in changing environmental conditions.
