Professional digital competencies’ development of specialists in the reclamation industry

Abstract

This article presents the results of a scientific and practical study, the purpose of which is to conduct a structural and substantive analysis of the indicators of key competencies of the digital economy and their development among workers of the reclamation industry by means of additional professional education programs. Research methods include scientific and practical analysis, statistical analysis of primary materials and data from the Department of Land Reclamation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, development and systematization of information and analytical materials on key competencies of the digital economy. The results of the study consist in determining the means of developing digital competencies of specialists in the reclamation industry, in the development, collection, statistical analysis of data from subordinate organizations of the Department of Reclamation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on indicators of key competencies of the digital economy, as well as in preparing for registration of a database for calculating the competencies of personnel in the field of digitalization of the reclamation sector and broken down by Russian regions.
