The problems, to which the students’ efforts were directed within the framework of each project, are also identified, and the needs of consumers of the results of the project teams’ activities are characterised. At the same time, labour functions from the professional standard 07.003 “HR specialist” are indicated for each project, the development of which is precisely what the project work of future HR specialists is aimed at. It is noted that the results of students’ project work will be achieved only if there is an effectively organised university ecosystem of project-based learning.
