The author of the article investigates the concession mechanism of public-private partnership, as well as transaction costs arising during the implementation of the concession project from the decision of the concluding member to conclude an agreement and to select participants before signing the concession agreement.

The article introduces the project of implementing a class BI system from SAS - SAS Visual Analytics to the financial department of VTB24 with the aim to show how banks solve the problem of improving information and analytical decision support. The role of business intelligence systems in the decision-making process is described, the bank's problems in building the data warehouse and decision-making are revealed, the architecture of the initial and target solution is described, the bank's needs are studied, the bank's requirements for automated reports are formed, and reports are built.

The article considers the mechanism of state financial support for the modernization of infrastructure facilities. It is noted that technological backwardness and a high level of depreciation of public utility infrastructure requires direct involvement of the state in the reconstruction and modernization of communal facilities within the framework of state project financing. The article covers the main spheres, directions and forms of financial support for reconstruction and modernization of communal facilities. The coordinator of financial support is the state corporation - the Fund for Assistance in Reforming Housing and Communal Services, whose participation will improve the quality of projects, achieve return on investment and reduce the growth of tariffs for utilities. It is noted that to reduce the burden on state, regional and local budgets, it is necessary to attract extrabudgetary funds using public-private partnership mechanisms.

The present article deals with the analysis of negative influence of the housing and communal services sector on the environment along with the main guidelines of decreasing this influence. The author suggests the following guidelines of work: improving the legal basis, economical guideline which means search for mutually beneficial conditions for businessmen and dwellers so that it might increase the profitability of waste recycling, ecological education aimed at the development of active civilian position and national consciousness within different age groups; various forms of work in this direction are enumerated, innovative guideline itself supposing implementation of ecologically oriented innovative development aimed at sustainable development and search for the equilibrium system of ecological and economical development of the country.

In article the question of processing of such types of waste as worn-out car tires and a concrete crowbar acquiring special relevance in the sphere of the ekologo-focused innovative development is considered. In article the main engineering procedures of a recycling of car tires both from the point of view of ecological safety, and from the point of view of achievement of the maximum economic effect are analysed. On the basis of the comparative analysis of values of the economic indicators received as a result of calculations the conclusion is drawn on considerable economic advantage of process of a termoliz which represents processing of tires by influence of organic solvent. The high profit, receiving high-quality materials when processing car tires, and also lack of negative influence on an ecological situation do this method the most acceptable and perspective.

This article presents the results obtained within the framework of the dissertation research, after the analysis of the materials of the leading foreign institutes regarding the best application/implementation of the EPC (M)-projects. Based on the results, 15 most significant areas of EPC-projects management in the world market were identified, the strengthening of which leads to significant improvement of indicators in a certain direction and implementation of the project as a whole.

The purpose of the article consists in the choice of the approach to the assessment of the innovative potential of the organization, since the quality of the assessment of innovation potential becomes the basis of the strategy of innovation transformation. Each approach is tested on the example of the fur factory «Elena Furs» and the feasibility and validity of the assessment of the innovative potential of the organization is checked. The article contains calculations confirming the availability of innovative capacity in the organization, but the use of these approaches did not allow us to identify specific areas for its development. The estimation of innovative potential from positions of competitive force in the external environment is offered that will allow to compare innovative potential with potential of participants of an environment and to develop strategic directions of development of innovative potential in the field of new technologies of production, marketing, personnel management, etc.

In this paper the comparative method of research that identifies similarities and differences of the small business sector between Russia and economically developed countries is used. The authors provide analysis of the current state of small entrepreneurship, determine development trends of branches of economy. Based on the analysis of foreign practice, the article outlines the main problems hindering dynamic development of the small business sector at present stage, provides statistic data. The special part is assigned to the analysis of the government programs in the sphere of assistance in development of small business at the regional level.

The article shows the use of the process approach for the development of scientific and methodological approaches to assessing the quality of the transport and logistics company’s information resource. The problems of formalization of the quality assessment of the information resource are considered. A method of formalization based on the decomposition of composite characteristics into simple elements is proposed. The information support for the business process and the composite characteristics of the reliability, usefulness and timeliness of the information resource, is considered, and the simple elements compiling them are identified. The use of the developed methodology for identifying problem areas in the information support of a transport and logistics company are considered. An example of a study of the effectiveness of information support for a transport and logistics company is given.

This article shows the results of analysis of the forms of engineering contracts presented on the world market. EPC and EPCM contracts are singled out as the most suitable for use in the construction of oil and gas facilities due to their specific features. In the article the analysis of the selected forms is carried out with the definition of key features and differences between them, as well as the modeling of the processes that arise when these contracts are executed.

The article is devoted to revealing the specifics of regional tourism in Russia. The article also presents the features of Russian tourism and examines the factors affecting regional tourism in the regional economy and the economy of the country as a whole, which is the relevance of the issue under study. Special attention is paid to the analysis of indicators in the region and the Republic in particular for the three reporting periods. This article provides a list of activities that will help to develop tourism in the country.

In the article results of research of interrelation of dynamics of institute of business and enterprise activity as a whole with dynamics of values and stimulus of managing are stated. The prerequisites for the study were the results achieved by the author in the course of the study of the development of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship in Russia in the 17th-21st centuries, as well as in the study of the evolution of values and incentives in Russia in the same period. The theoretical basis of the research is the methodological and theoretical tools of the institutional economy (methodological institutionalism, evolutionary approach, the theory of transaction costs, etc.).

In the article the foreign trade analysis of post soviet countries such as Kazakhstan and Ukraine based on gravity model is presented. The results of calculations of designed model, evaluations of impact of various factors on foreign trade flows of studied countries and evaluations of cooperation with various integration blocks are given. Changes of factor’s impact and interactions with integration associations in dynamics and without main export products with low degree of processing are considered. Conclusions of studied countries’ foreign trade features are formulated.

The article is devoted to the study of the formation of the banking sector in the Samara region. The stages of development of the banking organizations of the region are presented, special attention is paid to the performance indicators of banking organizations at the present time. The structure of financial resources of credit institutions is studied, a review of performance indicators of banking organizations, such as the value of net assets, the amount of financial result, the level of return on equity. Prospects for the development of the banking sector of the Samara region are considered, they are more connected with the specifics of the activities of regional banks.
