In this article an attempt to update a perspective of human resource management of the modern organization is made. On the basis of studying of evolution of management of a manpower author's edition of such concept as the concept of management of the person is entered. The thought that the new concept is focused on capitalization of the human resource having own value and the importance is proved. Distinctive feature of this concept is the creative management caused by endowments and the involvement of staff of the organization into administrative processes.

In the article a methodology of vertical management by objective and horizontal development mechanism combination is offered in the form of PDCA and DMAIC cycles kinematic pair. Author suggests to join these cycles in the A phase as a result of deviation analysis. Deviation in standard range launches the self-improvement cycle. Besides, this methodology is built on the organizational process structuring, client focused metrics as a basis for mutual assessment and horizontal control.

This article is devoted to the analysis of legislation in the field of public-private partnership (PPP). The article substantiates the importance of an effective regulatory and legal framework for the development of PPP in Russia. A negative evaluation of this normative and legal framework from point of view of market participants was revealed. The analysis of the main regulatory and legal framework in the sphere of implementation of public-private partnership projects is carried out. Deficiencies were found in the current drafts of the law on concession and the law on PPP. Recommendations are proposed to eliminate these shortcomings and increase the effectiveness of legislation in the field of public-private partnership.

Article is devoted to a research of tendencies of development of the domestic market of air transportation and aircrafts for a long-term outlook. On the basis of application of economic methods of the comparative, index and horizontal analysis the forecast of passenger and freight transportation is submitted. The offered forecast is constructed taking into account the existing tendencies of development of the world market of air transportation. It is shown that growth of volume of passenger and transport traffic is provided not only due to intensity of operation, but also due to accumulation of number of the park of aircrafts and its carrying capacities.

Article is devoted to a complex research of perspective growth of market capitalization of innovatively active enterprise by formation and implementation of his competitive development strategy. As the main criterion for evaluation of market value of the capital of the enterprise authors offer to use its average cost. Following the results of the conducted research the conclusion is drawn that when forming competitive strategy of innovatively active enterprise it is extremely important to provide an optimum ratio of dynamics of development of separate components of the capital.

This article analyzed governmental support in the automotive industry in the Russian Federation. It analyzed the strategy of the development of industry up until 2020, it also looked at the dynamics of investments and the volume of governmental support in the automotive industry. The main issues that affect the effectiveness of the governmental support of the industry were discovered. The results of this analysis can be used to further develop core solutions to improving the measures of support in the automotive industry in Russia.

Object of research in this article is the timber processing complex, that plays an important role in structure of Russia’ industrial production. A research objective is the assessment of results of development of timber processing complex in our country in comparison with universal tendencies. Results of a research showed serious lag of industry in comparison with forest complexes of foreign countries. Questions of formation and development of timber industry clusters, innovative and export-oriented woodworking industry are especially relevant in our country. In the article the analysis of the main problems, opportunities and directions of the industry’s development in the conditions of integration of Russia into the world market is carried out.

The article examines institutional aspects of transfer pricing control. In the context of institutional economics, integration of tax systems under anti base erosion and profit shifting plan of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development shows both its possible positive and negative effects. Such risks shall be recognized during upgrade of exciting tax mechanisms. The author noted that ignoring of similar features of mechanisms of tax control of transfer pricing can turn back decrease in level of tax income and redistribution of such income in other tax jurisdictions.

The article presents the impact of sanctions on russian financial companies, enterprises of the military-industrial complex, oil and gas industry, as well enterprises of the energy and agro-industrial sectors of the economy. The main financial indicators of the economic activity of the oil refining enterprise are considered. The estimation of the factors influencing financial stability of the enterprise is presented. In the article there is the notion of financial stability, as indicators of the reflecting financial condition of the enterprise. The ways of increasing the financial stability of enterprises under the conditions of sanctions are suggested.

Logical reflection of this article is based on the definition of key positions, concepts «accounting» and «financial accounting» as the phenomena the understanding of the goals of management. In addition examines the causal basis of the problem of the relation of part and whole, coming from the quality of the originality and priority of the whole (the concept of «accounting»), with respect to its parts (the concept of Accounting and its specialized fields). Conclusions are made that the theoretical foundations of proper accounting «merge» with the theory of management, which in turn will become part of the economic theory. This transformation will revive political economy, but in the new methodological concept.

The cases in which there is a need for comprehensive economic analysis are considered. The sequence of stages of the complex analysis procedure listed. The classification of information sources for economic analysis of economic activity is given. The main components of the integrated economic analysis of industrial enterprises singled out. Distinctive features of the complex economic analysis at the enterprises of trading networks are marked.

General rules for the development of interrelations between structural divisions of the enterprise are presented. The necessity of improvement of existing processes of connections of the organizations used in daily activities with the purpose of their economic development is indicated. The main control body, which is part of the structure of the enterprise, representing the interest of the state customer, is reflected. The author reviewed the theories of spatial economics, the contribution of Russian scientists to the theory of spatial economic development and the development of development programs for the respective territories of the Russian Federation is generalized and systematized. The main features of the modern spatial economy of the Russian regions are formulated. The conclusion is made that it is necessary to define the country's long-term priorities in the sphere of Russia's social and economic development with due regard for the features of the modern spatial economy of the Russian regions when developing the Strategy of Spatial Development of the Russian Federation.

The article analyzes the trade balance of Japan, exports and imports over the past two years. The general results of the first and second quarters of 2017 have been summed up, which make it possible to talk about the prospects for the growth of the Japanese economy and, most important, highlight the changes in the export structure that are associated with both the restoration of the automotive industry's traffic flow and the dynamics of semiconductor exports, and subsequent consumer demand dynamics implementation of the socio-economic development strategy set by the Government of Japan.

The article offers original approach to evaluation of an investment project from point of forming the final price of a product created in result of the project. Value-added is formed on one side by each participant of the product creation process and on the other side belonging to some of the production factors. Understanding value-added enables deeper analysis of price structure, revealing opportunities for managing pricing. Understanding of the price structure statically and in dynamics allows more flexible define pricing therefore influencing sales, revenue and income. The research presents the scheme and algorithm for pricing structure analysis, which can be performed on the stage of investment project development as well as on any of the execution stages.

In the article the offered formula is stated, and also the schedule, reflecting presence of the finance at the investor in the course of realization of investment and construction projects for any moment of time horizon of calculation (their life cycle) is resulted. The schedule allows seeing visually: the moment of requirement for credits, their volume, the moment of return of credits with payment of credit percent on them, a time of recovery of outlay of investments, a time of recovery of outlay of investments, maintenance of wished/comprehensible level of their profitableness. Taking into account plotting of presence of financial assets at the investor under the most probable conditions of realization of the projects optimum and adverse conditions the schedule allows analyzing and estimating risks of investment more full.

The article is devoted to the review of existing problems and peculiarities in the evaluation of investment attractiveness. The article considers various approaches to the definition of the concept of «investment attractiveness» and the most relevant approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises, and analyzes the factors of investment attractiveness that affect the activities of the organization. The content of the methodology for analyzing investment attractiveness is disclosed. It is proposed to identify the most significant groups of factors that influence the adoption of an investment decision and justify an integrated, multidimensional approach to the problem.

The article presents the results of a study of a business-engineering project for a commercial bank. The technique of the international standard of business analysis practice BABOK GUIDE v3 (SWOT-Analysis) is used to identify internal and external factors that affect the organization. The commercial bank «Home Credit» was chosen as the object of the study. The aim of the research is to achieve the leading position of a commercial bank among the world's credit institutions by developing a program for the transformation of the enterprise architecture segment. Business process «Lending« was subject to reengineering and reoriented to increase the share of solvent customers through the implementation of the Masterchain platform in the organization's activities. The potential results from the introduction of the «Blockchain» into the business process «Lending» are defined.

The article presents the experience of developing the discussion business game "Boat". The goals of the game are directed on the development of social competence of hearing impaired students in an inclusive environment and are realized through а complex psychodiagnostics, didactically and educational tasks. The projective content of the game scenario provides a manifestation of the different types of social identity of the participants, as well as a variety of social stereotypes: age, gender, professional etc. The game is tested on business communication classes with hearing impaired students and with hearing students.
