The development of wind turbines systems can promote the oil industry in the power supply of new oil fields and the engineering industry in the development of wind energy systems.

Abstract
The article touches upon the issues of modern and relevant requirements for the quality management systems at domestic enterprises of the aircraft building complex. Special attention is paid to the study of questions connected with the unique experience of the domestic enterprises in the formation and implementation of a quality management system products and their integration with other businesses. In the course of the study was analyzed foreign experience of quality control aircraft manufacturing corporations and made the conclusion about the necessity of certification of domestic enterprises on international standards of quality management system AS/EN/JISQ 9100. At the end of the article justifies the thesis about the formation of their own information system uniting all vendors of aviation products.

Abstract
The 2015 economic crisis in Russia has slowed, but the drop is not completely stopped, which is reflected in the results of the power industry. In 2015, compared with 2014 power consumption continued to decline, as in Russia as a whole, and in terms of centralized power. Decreased the maximum load. At the same time, there have been positive trends: capacities update, the number of accidents has decreased, network losses were reduced, the wholesale market of electric power and capacity has been further developed. However, the introduction of new capacities has led, on the one hand, to improve the reliability of power supply, and on the other, an increase in the cost of electricity and, consequently, to nonpayment.

Focusing on innovative development of the economy determines the high urgency of solving the problem of creating appropriate conditions for economic entities. The article deals with the repertoire policy of Soviet cinema in the 1970's - early 1980-ies. By studying such aspects as genre and thematic range, the plots, the characters, etc., the author tries to reveal the relationship between changes taking place in society at the time, and cinema as a repeater these changes. In particular, the strengthening of censorship in the era of stagnation leads to the fact that the vast majority of directors "breaks" under the weight of the system and continues to work by inertia - in the space of canonical Communist ideas and the Soviet conception of life. These worldviews continue to run in the conveyor of the Soviet film industry, which automatically gives the most part of its products smack of falsehood, which cannot fail to perceive the viewer. Largely for this reason, in the 1980-ies our movie will be in poor condition.
