Abstract
In the article the current state of gasification in the Russian Federation is described. The analysis of the basic indicators characterizing a modern situation in the field of gas supply and gasification of regions of Russia is provided. The main problems requiring special attention for increase of level of gasification of the Russian regions and the country, in general are reflected. Possible solutions of the designated problems are given. The special attention is paid to alternative sources of gas supply, including autonomous gasification. The criteria allowing to make the decision on expediency of creation of system of autonomous gasification in regions of Russia developed by authors of article are considered.

Abstract
The first stage of implementation of the "Energy Strategy up to 2030" is finished in 2015. Estimated implementation of the indicator parameters of the first stage (2008-2015g): power consumption, power generation, power inputs, power structure, specific fuel consumption for electricity and heat, the need for fuel. For a number of indicators of the Energy Strategy are not achieved even limits, for some indicators deviations is minimal. In general, the phase assignment is not fulfilled, and it is obvious that the following steps should be adjusted downwards.

Author also describes unfavorable tactics aimed at devaluing a stock of a target company and hiding actual motives of a takeover originator. In article the possibility of creation of a contour of limiting allowable indicators by means of use of the theory of extreme usefulness and the concept of limit costs which have formed theoretical base for development of a technique of creation of the universal modular scheme of carrying out calculations of indicators of activity of the organization is considered. The argument of such construction is given, his mathematical justification is presented.
