Summarized the principles of benefit programs from the government and automaker, given their impact on the overall dynamics of sales, pre-defined government program to stimulate new car market. Separately allocated sales trend in the secondary car market and its development prospects in Russia, revealed new features of the behavior of car buyers, dealers to consider in today's market conditions.

The article analyzes the state and development of the aviation industry of the Russian Federation, which is one of the most high-tech industries, maintains a high scientific, technical and industrial potential. Abstract
This article presents the results of dissertational research which suggests that most M&As in Russia’s gas & oil sphere fall to countries of Asia Pacific region that are the most promising not only in terms of strengthening the political ties but also for promoting economic cooperation by means of attracting foreign direct investment and concluding M&A deals. The decrease of transactions volume of purchase of Russian assets by European and North American companies are the result of expanding and toughening the sanctions against Russia. At the same time, significant share of direct foreign investments in 2015 was received from jurisdictions with preferential taxation orders. It is to be noted that given jurisdictions are most likely not the initial sources of investments.

This article discusses the features of management accounting at the enterprises of the oil and gas industry, as features of the industry making adjustments in the organization and building a management accounting that are important to any oil and gas company. Abstract
Currently in a systemic crisis and the availability of sanctions in the first place is the problem of development of regions of Russia, therefore, the definition of the main socio-economic trends of development of regions is the most relevant. Research and analysis of fields of activity of separate regions enables determination of the trajectories of regional development in the whole country. The article presents forecasts of the population of Russia and the world in General. Highlighting three variants of the forecast of a demographic situation in Russia before 2050 yr. The article presents a forecast change in population by category (male, female, able-bodied population). It is concluded that the main growth of the population to 2050 yr. will be at the expense of labour migration, primarily from CIS countries. The article considers the problem of assessing food security at the regional level of the Russian Federation. Abstract
The article deals with the organization’s strategic marketing (SM) influence on the system of creating customer value (CCV) at the time of transition to the knowledge economy. At first the author recognizes limitations of the traditional approach to the SM and proposes the typology of market behavior strategies of the organization. Then the comparative analysis of the system of CCV differences between long-linked and network market models is used for the explanation of the new role of the SM. In conclusion the article suggests discussion questions and future investigations in this field.

Abstract
Russia has already been being a WTO country-member for 5 years and as a participant obliged to meet requirements of this organization in all sectors of the Russian economy, including banking. In the article the main rules of the banking market functioning as they are written in the Financial Annex to GATS are observed. It contains the short historic reference of the WTO standard implementations in national banking legislation. The author reviewed horizontal and vertical exceptions from the national arrangement of the presence of foreign banks in the Russian market.
