Abstract
Methodological approaches to the management of transport and forwarding services have presented. The approaches to the organization of the management of transport and forwarding services have considered, the positions of the manufacturer, forwarder and consignee have presented. Three stages of the methodological approaches to the organization of freight-forwarding services have studied. The basic principles of freight-forwarding services, that presuppose achievement of the goals, are highlighted: an increase in labor productivity by one employee, a minimum of a time period, a decrease in enterprise costs, a maximum of company prot, synergies between partners.

Abstract
The problems of building management structure of the manufacturing sector, operating in the area of responsibility of the municipality, have indicated. By analogy with the project management system of the holding structure, an approach to the organization of the in uence of the management environment of the municipality on the manufacturing sector in the area of its responsibility has proposed. The expediency of using the project management system, built into the management environment of the municipality on the base of a universal automated computer information and analytical system, has been noted. Practical examples of real projects, on the base of which, the presented methodology of restructuring of the project management system has been debugged, have given.

Abstract
In the modern world, information exchange is becoming dominant. Information is one of the main resources in the management system and the eectiveness of communication interactions directly aects the life activity of the organization. The most common form of communication interactions in the management system is documented communication. The documents reect the legitimacy of all interactions and processes, which are implementing in the organization. In the context of rapidly developing computer technologies, communication processes, including through the interchange of documented information, acquire qualitatively new forms. The article reveals the conceptual aspects of modern communication processes, their structure and importance for the management of modern organizations.

This is the technical system necessary for achievement of the goals, the organization sets, using symbiotic connection of the valid economic model and the intellectual capital. The mechanism is based on the building an optimal objective function to achieve the goals of the company. The implementation of that mechanism in practice will substantially allow innovation-active organizations to improve the quality of developed and adopted management decisions.

Abstract
The increased availability of communication technologies has caused people to use the Internet to form their opinion on products and services more often. Company's reputation remains an important resource that can provide a competitive advantage, but the current information environment specificity forces us to rethink the approaches to reputation management. Сurrent specificity has conditioned by the threats concerning spontaneous information spread in the Internet, as well as the need to develop the methods of exploiting new information dissemination channels. Under these circumstances, a new competitive struggle principle has formed: «If you win in the In-ternet, you win in real life». To win, one just needs to possess the necessary technologies and to re-act to information environment changes in time. The article considers the problems of the online reputation management and the given ways of their solution.

Abstract
The organizational conflict from the position of participation of the manager has considered. He is particularly more responsible for the optimal use of resources: their improvement and multiplication. The article makes an analysis of 3 positions, in which the manager can take part: participant, mediator and as an «example of behaviouor». The necessity of developing a training program for managers has justified. Recommendations for the manager, for each of the 3 roles have offered. A General action plan has formulated for both the personnel management service and the management. As an example, the organization of Joint-stock company «Ramensky instrument-making plant» has chosen.

Abstract
Digital services as an independent product of information activity that facilitates the implementation of business processes, presents their attributes, and explores the possibilities of composing digital services and elements of the enterprise architecture have considered. The author came to conclusion, that the transition to the digital economy and the formation of digital services require clarification and rethinking of management approaches, in terms of rethinking the structure of the enterprise on a fundamentally new level, namely as a set of services located at different levels of management.

Governance improving assumes the further development of the Civil Service Institute. Increase of the prestige of the State civil service can not be realized without using and combining various human resource technologies, which in turn places high requirements to the personnel policy, explains the need for its formalization as the concept of personnel policy. The analysis revealed, that in Russian Federation there is virtually nonexistent concept of personnel policy in State authorities, identified the main challenges of designing and implementing the concept of personnel policy.

The purpose of the article is to identify the companies of LLC «Gazprom energokholding» main measures aimed at reducing the cost of compensation for damage from negative environmental impact of energy facilities. The modern system of solid municipal waste management has characterized by the fact that their volumes are continuously increasing and almost completely exported to landfills, that significantly deteriorating the sanitary condition of the territories. Abstract
The problems of the education digitalization, using the example of State budget educational institutions in Moscow has investigated. The analysis of the problems and their assessments, using the author's analysis of the institutions have identified the problem of poor IT support. The organizational structure of the Unified information support center for general education complexes has proposed. The functions of all the most significant divisions have defined, the functions between specialists in the Center, in the field and IT outsourcing have distributed. This center will allow to provide effective IT-support, to reduce the costs for performing management tasks by aggregating IT functions into a single system, to reduce the cost of technical support for IT infrastructure through the organization of IT outsourcing services.

The practice of forming committees under the boards of directors (supervisory boards) is expanding in Russia. This tool is used both in the pract ice of corporate management and corporate control. There are quite significant differences in the companies regarding the number and focus of committees. The audit, strategy, personnel and remuneration committees are the most common, more rarely - investment committees and budget.

In this article has revealed, that the strengthening of economic interdependence between trading partners promotes to decreasing in tension between neighbouring states, and development of freedom of movement of goods, services, people and the capitals can facilitate permission of political and territorial disputes. The topical issues related to the development of taxation in the financial sector organizations of the Russian economy have marked. The author determines the main features of the functioning of the financial sector of the economy, highlighting its problems and prospects for development. Banking organizations and prospects for their taxation have considered, taking into account the current state and problems as the main institution in the financial sector of the economy. The author gives a number of recommendations, which will ensure the interaction between the banking sphere and the taxation system as a whole. In addition, the article examines the problems and prospects for taxation of insurance organizations. The same gives recommendations and directions on improving the taxation system of insurance organizations, thereby leading to stabilization of the country's economy.

Abstract
The author showed, that financing and implementation of the projects of the Asian Development Bank, ensures state regulation of the economy of the countries of theAsia-Pacific region. Examples of concrete projects have given, sources of their financing, including budgetary funds have revealed. The author presented both financial and other results of the activities of the Asian Development Bank, allowing quantitative and qualitative assessment of both the impact of project implementation and the results of state regulation of the economy of the countries concerned. The experience of the Asian Development Bank can be using in Russia by such development institutions as Vnesheconombank, the Industrial Development Fund. The author suggested using bonds to increase the financing of Russian development institutions.

Abstract
The investment risk evaluation technique for water and sanitation sector in the Russian Federation has been proposed. A review of current legislation revealed that there is no holistic approach to investment risk evaluation for Russian Public-Private Partnership projects in domestic utility sector. The article reveals, that various methods can be used for investment risk evaluation (decision tree, effective percentage rate correction, cost sensitivity analysis and others). The method choice is defined according to the type of investment project, the risk evaluation goal, the available information and the type of the identified investment risk. The proposed investment risk evaluation technique takes due account of Russian utility sector investment projects features and the list of disclosed information.

The author examines the factors, conditioning the formation of the US national currency as the world reserve currency. The conditions for the dollar to dominate the world financial arena in modern conditions have been determined. The tax on financial transactions as an instrument to restrict the level of speculative trading has considered. A mathematical model in which one of the factors influenced on a financial instrument price is the tax rate on financial transactions, - has proposed. The hypothesis that the additional tax on transactions with financial instruments reduces e speculative activity level by reducing the price volatility has tested. The introduction of a tax even at a small rate helps to reduce the financial instruments prices volatility has revealed.
