Abstract
The article considers the methods of personnel assessment in modern Russian and foreign companies, such as the method of management by objectives, performance management, method of personnel assessment «360 degrees», «assessment center». «As-sessment сenter» has studied in more detail. This method is a set of procedures that de-termines the success of a person in the professional sphere, the parameters of which have been laid down by the competence model. This method has proved itself as a powerful stimulating factor in the training of workers. Its peculiarity consists in the individual ap-proach, which determines the interest of respondents in training. At the same time, the evaluator can show the employee his hidden potential and possible growth zones. At pres-ent time, it is necessary to search new innovative approaches to personnel assessment.

The article considers methodical approaches to the industrial business value management. The possibility of the value-oriented approach application for effective management of the indicators level, characterizing the industrial business value, has investigated. The concept «value-oriented management» specified by authors, has given. Abstract
In the terms of the economic crisis, it is important issue for many Russian and for-eign enterprises - to maintain the stability of functioning. The article discusses the relevant methodical aspect of assessing the economic security level of the organization. The require-ments for safety indicators, their types, the procedure for determining the threshold values are considered in detail. The comparative characteristic of quantitative and qualitative indicators has presented, the approximate structure of the economic security indicators of the enterprise has considered. The formula for calculating the integral safety indicator and its graphical in-terpretation have given.

Abstract
The modern Russian model of the pension system has developed as result of the pension reform carried out in 2002, incorporating insurance principles for the formation of a pension and a funded component. In 2004, further pension reform determined the possibility of managing the funded pension. The results of the reform are contradictory and cause a lot of controversy, but the undoubted result is the emergence of new institutional players in the collective investment market and a new segment of the financial market. 2017 was the sixteenth year since the beginning of the radical reforms of the Russian pension system. The article presents an analysis of the competitive environment of the emerging market for investing pension savings, its effectiveness and the main results of its operation over the current period.

Abstract
This article is devoted to the issues of directive voting of a member of the board of directors (supervisory board) as a representative of the owner (shareholder) in econom-ic societies. This instrument of corporate governance is most widespread in companies with state participation (in particular, whose shareholder is the Russian Federation). The use of di-rectives is ambiguous. Among the main arguments for its application is the reduction of risks of the adoption by members of the collegial body a decision that runs counter to the interests of the shareholder (participant) of the company.

Modern production implies qualitatively new strategies of doing business, which bases on the effective use of information technology. The development of qualitatively new business models involves not only the transformation of technological infrastructure, but also the qualitative restructuring of personnel activities. Discussion has focused on the analysis of marketing solutions among all the variety of innovative startup problems. It has stated that marketing begins not from first sales, but much earlier, at the stages preceding the startup. The main problems of introducing disciplines that form competencies of the digital economy in the education process have revealed, the ways of solution have proposed. Abstract
The article analyses the results of the first stage of the energy strategy of Rus-sia for the period up to 2030, as well as several reasons that significantly influenced the changes in the political situation in Russia and in the world, which led to the emergence of significant external and internal challenges that influenced the implementation of the strategy. The article reveals the problem of the development of manufacturing industry in Angola as a factor of ensuring the competitiveness of the country’s economy. Scientific views on the concept “competitiveness” have considered. The state of competitiveness of the Angolan economy from the point of view of modern methodological approaches has analysed. The author identifies the reasons for lack of competitiveness of the Angolan economy on global competitiveness rankings, gives recommendations for the development of manufacturing industry in Angola as a mechanism to improve the competitiveness of the country’s economy. Abstract
The issues of improving the methods of measuring the scales of shadow activity in the sectors of the Russian economy have considered. The problem aspects of practical use of the classical method of physical inputs in measuring the scales of shadow activity in the sectors of the national economy have identified. As an alternative to the classical method of physical inputs, its modified version has proposed, based on accounting of the production costs components that dominate in the structure of intermediate consumption. Based on experimental calculations, estimates of the scales of shadow activity in selected sectors of production of goods and services of the Russian economy have developed.

The dependence on expensive imported fuel in isolated energy systems and the need to develop alternative energy programs and energy efficiency of isolated systems have highlighted. Abstract
The measurement method economically of the value added received by the enterprise from growth of profitability of the industry average level has considered. Three main approaches are a part of this method: «custonomics» directed to assessment of the capital which is brought on the enterprise by constant consumers, «workonomics» directed to assessment of the human capital and «supplynomics», directed to value added assessment on the supplier. The method allows to estimate the value added of the organization created by the main components of its intellectual capital.

The relevance of the topic depends on the lack of an integrated approach to assessment of investment risk in infrastructure of Russian public utilities. The authors have developed the proposals for methodology of comprehensive risk assessment for public utilities` investment. This methodology helps to define the organization of this activity. The proposed methodology has developed taking into consideration the logical framework and temporary structure of risk assessment activities for investment projects in Russia’s utility sector and the features ofthese projects. The article reveals the possibilities of digitalization in evaluating the effec-tiveness of a development bank.
