Abstract
In article the state and problems of development of business in the Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania is considered. The analysis of a number of the main indicators of social and economic development RSO-Alania, and also the indicators characterizing a republic economy business sector that allowed to reveal a number of the main problems of development of business in the republic is carried out. For the purpose of providing a sustainable development of business authors consider expedient development of republican strategy of development of small and medium-sized enterprises and creation of conditions of its realization taking into account further expansion of opportunities of public-private partnership. Abstract
Functioning of higher education institutions in modern conditions demands revision of the existing approaches for managing them in the direction of finding the mechanisms providing along with the improvement of educational process quality, their integration into world educational space. The typology of higher education institutions on the basis of university presentation in the form of the educational corporation, integrating different directions, possessing the multilevel structure uniting interests of various groups is offered. There is offered the method of calculation and formula ratio P/E-ratio «price/earnings» of acquiring and acquired companies. This formula allow determining the maximum value of the ratio at which the cost of shares of the combined company for a period of one year, would be equal to the value of the shares of the acquiring company, under certain forecast profit growth of the company after the acquisition. This formula allow will make analysis of possible changes of this period, if ratio «price/earnings» companies is changing.

The dependence of the gross regional product per capita of some of the factors influencing the innovative development of the region: internal costs of research and development, the current internal development costs, the number of patents granted. For calculations using regression analysis of 12 regions of the Federal District of Russia on the basis of statistical data for the period from 2008 to 2012.
