Abstract
The research topics in the article are the oil industry and the industry for the production of tubes for pipelines, two strategically important industries, to provide energy for the Russian Federation and the international export. The author focuses his attention on the identification of scientific and economic, industrial and technical interaction problems of these two industries. The main strategic goal of the oil industry and the industry for the production of tubes for pipelines must be the economic supply security of the Russian Federation to ensure the effective promotion of the socio economic development of the countr.

In the article there are analyzed the hotel market of Moscow, changes in consumer demand for the number of rooms in Moscow. The tendencies of profitability, utilization and pricing policy of Moscow hotels, belonging to different segments of the hotel market are explored. We consider the activities of hotels under management of international hotel operators, identified promising areas of their development in Russia, as well as the benefits of the operation of network service provider. The are named the national hotel operators who use the network management advantages for the development of their business.

Abstract
In the article influence of the favorable price environment is analyzed in the world market of oil on production and export of oil in Russia during the pre-sanctions period with use of the retrospective analysis on the basis of the statistical data from 1992 to 2013. The particular emphasis is placed on the stimulating function of the price in the conditions of its growth inducing to speeding up of production and export of power raw materials. The author refers loss of sensitivity to price signals at the present stage to aspect of strategy of repartition of the world market of oil, for preservation of positions on which Russia should be overcome.

The relevance of developing the progressive time norms on the operation of repair manufacture of aircraft engines as a quantitative measure of planning and optimization of the workflows is shown. Proved the necessity and possibility of using the method of rotatable experiment planning when building the mathematical model of time norms for performing the technological repair operation. Given the example of building the normative dependence as an exponential equation of regression, that allows the influence of both the quantitative and qualitative factors.
