Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of effective functioning of an economical and legal form of interaction of the state and business in the form of public-private partnership (PPP). The author proves needs of introduction in the legal framework of the term PPP, and also modification of the regulatory legal acts regulating this type of interaction. It has a new explanation and definition of a concept and function of PPP, offered by the author from public-private and the municipal-private partnership offered in the Federal law of 13.07.2015 No. 224 Federal law. For successful implementation of infrastructure and social megaprojects (in the sphere of transport infrastructure, housing and communal services, ecology, education, health care, etc.) in scales of the state, it is offered to use an advanced method of interaction of a public-public sector in the new form of PPP.

Abstract
The article describes the features of influence of the state program of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania «Promoting the employment of the population of North Ossetia-Alania» on 2014-2018 on the demographic processes in the region. Made by the author conclusions are compared with the findings of similar programs in other regions of Russia. Abstract
Two years later after formation of the Eurasian economic union many European and American economists popularizing an image of the integration union as politized with weak dynamics of development and weak economic prospects. Firstly, not all member states of the Eurasian economic union are members of the World Trade Organization, secondly conditions of accession to the World Trade Organization of these states are different. There by the future of Eurasian economic union depends on many factors, including on consensus concerning the tariff charges, on intra- Eurasian economic union trade, on development and expansion of the domestic market, and also on behavior of external traders. An author analyses it on international level to show position of the Union in world economy. For the more objectiveness respectable international organizations such as World Bank, International Monetary Fund and World Trade Organization are chosen as the main sources of research.

The article discusses the methodology for determining the size of the natural (mountain) rents, developed and proposed for use in the Russian economy. Analyzes the shortcomings of techniques that are based on «extremely profitable concept of» natural rent (these techniques are based on a comparison of economic indicators, rather than the specific nature of production conditions, and may not be used in economic calculations). When determining the amount of mining rent its calculations should be based on the specific environmental conditions of mining, or indicators reflecting their (standard costs applied production technology).

Abstract
In the article influence of one of the most important indicators of organization activity - product cost - on safety of its functioning is considered. The possibilities of ensuring the economic safety of the organization (ESO) through forming of effective system of monitoring of the allocated ESO indicators are considered. Research of the mechanisms allowing to outline ESO contour through system of interconnected and interdependent indicators of organization activity is provided. The possibility of use for this purpose of the contour of maximum permissible costs (CMPC) is provided. The possibility of forming of strategy of economic safety based on the created price strategy of the organization is considered. In article effective monitoring of costs, expert estimation of coefficient of innovation of the product made by the organization and also control of a large number of the various and difficult indicators influencing their forming as a guarantee of safe management of the organization is also considered.
