Abstract
The article dwells on problems of development of insurance services in the Republic of Tajikistan, the insurance market, in particular the development of insurance services in the agricultural sector and its influence on the further development of agriculture and food security in Tajikistan. The author determines that among the most pressing problems which inhibit the insurance, is not well-developed banking system, not profitability and productivity of existing farms and farms, insufficient government subsidies in the agricultural sector, macroeconomic factors, increased differentiation of agricultural producers in terms of income, the bankruptcy of a large part of dehkan (farmer) economy and the lack of necessary infrastructure. It's argumentum the main factors influenced and tempered the processes to the development of insurance in agricultural complex of the country, on the modern stage of the local economy of the national property.

In the article the attempt to review possible geoeconomic changes as a result of BREXIT was made. The author draws parallels with Great Britain’s loss of its dominate place in the global economy and policy at the end of XIX-th - the beginning of XX-th century. The problems of the ekologo-focused logistic development of economy are considered in the article. Abstract
In work methods of an investment of financial resources in fixed capital of the domestic enterprise were investigated. Two directions of acquisition of the new equipment are considered: with use of the mechanism of leasing and with attraction of credit resources. By results of the carried-out calculations the conclusion is drawn that under equal financing terms leasing is most favorable as payments for the credit significantly exceed payments on leasing.

The author has considered economic-mathematical methods of optimization of management of bank activity. All stages of development contain inherent marketing actions, which are based on the results of marketing research. The relevance of the research topics defined by the fact that in the result, introduced in March 2014 in respect of certain business entities of the Russian Federation of sanctions by Western countries, the response of the Government was the development and implementation of the policy of import substitution, which until now have not had the desired success. Abstract
The article deals with theoretical aspects of correlation between integration and immigration processes. After the research of current theoretical background related to the international economic integration the authors believe that the so-called triad «integration processes - waves of innovation - migration processes» should be examined individually. That is to say, the dynamics of an inheriting wave of innovation is consistent with the mobility of correlation between scarcity and redundancy of labour supply. This implies expediency of the regulatory action on these processes, including the implementation of the selective immigration policy and reasonable emigration policy, which may be either confirmed or rejected in an econometric framework, making it possible to trace the correlation of the immigration processes and performance of GDP in individual countries, members of integration associations.

Developed the model of improving the training of specialists on the basis of accounting processes of improvement of qualification specialist and formation of its competences in extracurricular process. The final list of competencies formed into the model of professional portrait of specialist (PPS). There were systematized and developed methods for assessing competencies of specialists. In particular was proposed: the algorithm for comparative evaluation of specialists based proximity measure its actual set of competencies to the standard of PPS, the mathematical model to describe the growth of competences.
