A synthetic understanding of the essence of the enterprise as an object of management has been formed based on the historical method and determinism between the evolution of the paradigms of economic theory and the evolution of the theory of the company. It has been proved that the subject of the theory of the company should be based on economic interests. The nature, boundaries and development factors of the company should be analysed and explained on the basis of the manifestation and interaction of interests and, as a consequence, emerging economic relations. The evolution of a harmonious approach to management the essence of which is the formation of an integrated enterprise management system, consolidated by common interests, universal values, integration of strategies, functions and processes, – has been presented.

Abstract
Today financial innovations seem ubiquitous. A new way of attracting capital by startups based on the blockchain such as ICO (initial coin offering) is similar to crowdfunding, selling produced tokens to the pool of investors. With the assistance of this source, startups collected 22 billion dollars in 2018, but in 2019 the market began to fall, so many researchers noted the danger of the ICO bubble. The low survival rate of ICO-projects led to the development of STO (security token offering) market, which guarantees the investor’s secured rights. It has been examined in the article how the new financing instruments can replace traditional ones and how they are adapted to existing legislation. For this purpose, the development of market for these instruments in comparison with traditional ones has been analyzed. The legislation in this area has been studied.

Abstract
The term “digitalization” for a long time settled in the agenda of significant events dedicated to education. The education system, fulfilling the adopted program, should prepare a huge number of schoolchildren, students and workers for life with the indispensable use of information and communication technologies. However, often the actual digitalization is reduced either to the digitization of educational materials and documents in educational structures, or to unhindered access to the Internet. If the request for digitalization is addressed to education, then, being in the pedagogical space, it would be reasonable to first determine what and how to teach. The problem of the lack of a reasonable psychological and pedagogical concept of digital learning, which could be used by the subjects of the educational process as a basic one, is raised in the article.

Abstract
Investments in human capital mean expenses incurred by the employer or the individual himself in order to increase labor productivity in the future. As a rule, investments in human capital mean the cost of training and the cost of education, but there is a wider classification, including the cost of increasing mobility and the cost of finding information. Investments in education, when it comes to university employees, represent the cost of continuing education, conferences participation, professional trainings etc. The result of such investments can be an increase in publication activity, an increase in the citation index, an increase in the income brought by the employee in terms of grants, R&D, and contract work. The methodology for effectiveness evaluation is based on an analysis of the scientific and innovative activity of employees through income from innovative activities and an indicator of the number of employees involved in innovative activities and having an individual path of development.

Abstract
The performance of investment projects in acquisitions of companies by private equity funds has been explored by assessing the financial and valuation results of such transactions in two directions: change in the valuation multiple of an acquired company over the period of the investment project and the impact of a fund on a company’s operational efficiency. As a result of the analysis, the hypothesis of the higher EV/EBITDA exit multiple of the private equity fund compared to the same entry multiple was not confirmed. However, the hypothesis that private equity funds are able to increase the operational efficiency of portfolio companies on average better than other types of investors, confirms the effectiveness of private equity funds and high performance of such investment projects.

Abstract
The socio-psychological phenomenon “consumer mood”, which is interpreted as an emotional and evaluative summary of the subjective understanding of the individual of various information elements that form the semantic structure of his implicit theory of consumption, has been investigated. A hypothesis has been put forward that the formation of the semantic field of the implicit theory of consumption of an individual is based on two system-forming factors: 1) the real purchasing power of the consumer, 2) the dynamics of his socio-economic status. In the event that both factors have negative actual indicators, the mood of consumer will be characterized by a negative emotional tone and high stability over time. The proposed hypothesis is confirmed by the revealing and analysis of the main determinants of the current mood of Russian consumers, and their subsequent comparison with the consumer sentiment index, identificated empirically.
