The article is devoted to actual problems of strategic management for post-industrial enterprises. The article gives a brief overview of the approaches of different schools on strategic management and lists the main problems of strategic management for post-industrial enterprises. Abstract
Strategic alliances are an integral alternative to run a new zero-based business or inorganic way of mergers and acquisitions. Explaining the importance of alliances and partnerships, the article investigates the sixth power question of industry competitiveness, which can be an addition to the Porter's five force model. Under the globalization process and the latest achievements in the sphere of high technologies, many companies are forced to focus on the benefits of alliances and partnerships with complementors. The author believes that the complementors have no need to increase or decrease the competitiveness of firms in various industries. They just add one more layer of the structural complexity to the competitive environment.

Аnnotation. It is considered in the article the problems arising in the formation, accumulation and disposal of waste production and consumption. The article describes the stages that humanity has passed through to solve the problem of getting rid of waste products. Revealed negative aspects and directions of improvement of the combustion technology implemented at different steps of economic development of countries. Analyzed foreign and domestic experience of using RDF fuel, that is a solid fuel produced by shredding and dehydrating municipal solid waste. Proposed an approach that allows to use RDF fuel with maximum environmental safety to the environment.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are a centerpiece of Europe’s economy. The lack of the financial resources is one of the biggest problems of SMEs in European Union (EU). In this paper we analyze access to finance for the SMEs within the EU countries. We present actual numbers in using traditional financial resources (bank loan, trade loan etc.) and new funds as private equity investments, venture capital, crowdfunding. Our aim is to examine the challenges stemming from the access to finance of SMEs, bring final overview of the biggest barriers in obtaining finance for the SME in EU and discuss available policy options to address the problem.

Annually organizations of higher education calculate estimated number of faculty staff to understand required corrections of staffing and positions to be opened for hiring. These calculations are based on regulation documents and use data on ratio of number of students per number of faculty staff as well as faculty workload. MS Excel could be used to perform such calculations based on faculty workload data. Present article describes a technical approach and introduces an instrument for calculation with rather high accuracy of internal and external faculty staff requirements to cover disciplines and state certifying commission workload of an educational organization.

In the article the problem of the appearance of companies on the foreign markets in the current economic conditions has been considered. Upon observation of the data from the international consulting companies an assessment of the state of e-commerce market together with the prospects of its development have been made. The article also summarizes the experience of the world's leading companies in the field of e-commerce. Stemming from this experience some tactical steps to promote e-marketing company are suggested and evaluation of the results of the measures is proposed. The relevance of the study is in the changes that currently take place in all the spheres of modern Russian society and undermine the existing basis of life, disturb the equilibrium of the whole system. The article discusses the process of expanding the scope of television production and, later, video, and, as a consequence of this process, the fall of kinodocument in the era of Stagnation. While the quality of television films in the 1970s, has grown, the quality of films has steadily declined. In this regard, the audience gradually refocused his attention from the big screen to television. In the 1970s movie sociology had been intensified. Sociologists tried unsuccessfully to solve the problem of the fall of kinodocument. Soon the cinema have got another competitor - video. This further exacerbated the problems of the movie. Income from box office had been steadily declining, reaching a critical minimum, on the eve of restructuring.

The subject of this article is to provide the quality of empirical research. The purpose of the article is to review the methods and quality control techniques of empirical research. The article deals with the quality of applied sociological and marketing research, reviewed the provisions of international standards related to market research, public opinion and social problems; shows the basic requirements for the quality performance of research; considered examples of the quality of analysis and rating of research companies. The paper provides recommendations on the use of various technologies in the practice of empirical research.
