Transformations in socio-economic space affect functioning of entrepreneurial activity, leading to a change in the configuration of business processes. In the context of increasing complexity of external environment and digitalization, subjects must ensure the activities effectiveness based on supply chains optimization. Entities are required to use progressive methods of supply chain management. The issues of SCM have been worked out, models of their optimization considered and suggestions for their improvement made. Theoretical analysis and generalization of information that allow to substantiate the SCM optimization models’ apparatus (SCOR, DCOR, CCOR) act as a methodological basis. As a result, it is proposed to focus on possibilities of progressive supply chain management, which make it possible to use information technologies to work through a large array of data and continuously obtain values for indicators, contributing to the development of models for optimizing logistics operations and processes in the SCM. The developments obtained are planned to be used for the development of practical models for optimizing enterprises’ supply chains.

RETRACTED ARTICLE

Since mid-2021, Russia has applied floating export duty (damper) as a mechanism for state regulation of grain market. The results of the study have showed that introduction of damper as an instrument of state regulation of the Russian grain market has only exacerbated the problems associated with the growing volatility of grain prices and their increasing dependence on the global market environment. In addition, the mechanism of redistributing funds received by the state from export duties and allocated to grain producers in the form of subsidies remains opaque and incomprehensible. The transition from dollar to rubles in duty calculations has shown the viability of this method, hence the current practice is worth continuing in order to make the mechanism for distributing subsidies to grain producers from export duties received completely transparent and understandable. Thus, the operation of grain damper is economically justified only if the state is ready to support the grain market in proportion to this sector contribution to the national economy development.

Abstract

The article studies methods of advertising campaign budget allocation in digital space using advertising hypotheses. The author proposes a new approach based on the use of advertising hypotheses as an advertising medium. A form of media plan specifically designed for digital space has been presented. Special attention is paid to two types of advertising campaigns: those that pay for clicks or impressions and those that use direct marketing tools (SMS, mobile notifications and email newsletters). A way to evaluate media plan effectiveness has been suggested. The author believes that the main task at the stage of media planning is to determine whether the developed advertising hypothesis is able to achieve the planned indicators. This approach can improve advertising campaigns effectiveness in digital space and ensure more accurate budget allocation. The results of the study can be useful for marketers and advertising agencies, helping them make informed decisions when planning and optimizing advertising campaigns in digital space.

Abstract

The article presents a historical background to the formation of such a social phenomenon as freeganism, its ideology and positioning of the freegans themselves relative to the consumer society. The authors have studied and systematized the worldviews of freegans about what the refusal of their own purchases of certain goods is related to, whether it is a desire to overcome total overconsumption and move to rational spending of available resources, and whether it is possible to develop freeganism into a broad and full-fledged ecological movement. As a result of generalization of opinions and approaches in the characterization of freeganism as a social phenomenon as an object of observation and research, various positions have been identified. Its essence is reduced to the interpretation of freeganism as a subculture, as an alternative, as a current, and as a movement. At the same time, it becomes clear that there are no full-fledged observations and developments of the subject and no approaches and methods systematized. Moreover, the fact that there are no observations characterizing the number, prevalence and consequences of freeganism is one of the key problems.

Abstract

The subject of the research is self–actualization and subjectiveness of men and women looking for a job, and the goal is to identify differences. The article uses the method of psychological testing, i.e. J.E. Aleshina’s adaptation of E.L. Shostrom’s SAT test and M.A. Shchukina’s LPSD test. As a result of the study, both groups have revealed developed subjectiveness and a minimum of signs of self-actualization. In the group of men the indicator of orientation in time corresponds to the level of personality disorders, in the women one it is normative, with more developed self-support. Signs of self-actualization in men are marked only by contact, in women – by contact, acceptance of aggression, and flexibility of behavior. The share of self-actualizing men is 13 %, of women is about 22 %. Men have a higher level of subjectiveness, in the structure of which creativity dominates, and women have integrity. The field of application of the results obtained is applied and practical social psychology, and psychology of employment services. Prospects of the study conclude development of self-actualization programs for young people in search for a new job. The article concludes young men and women with work experience looking for a new place of employment emphasize their subjectiveness and do not hurry to include self-actualization mechanisms to become more competitive.
