Abstract
The modernization of accounting and analytical systems, concepts of the digital economy as a phenomenon of understanding the goals of management are considered. The controversial aspects of upgrading accounting and reporting, control and analytical concepts of information support of management decisions are discussed. The conclusions has been drawn that the decision is strategically important and essential task of the implementation and management of large companies raises the question about the existence of objective needs to create a unified methodology (theory and practice) for accounting, analysis and control, to expansion of interpretations of the terms «integrated accounting» and «controlling». Taking into account the opinions of scientists the algorithm of information and technological process of preparation and obtaining relevant information for solving administrative problems has been formed. The using of this algorithm will increase the level of information support management decisions.

Abstract
The results of the research of the dynamics and structure of investing of pension savings funds by private managers for the period from 2004 to 2017 are presented. The dynamics of the market value of investment portfolios of private management companies, the structure of their investments in various types of assets has been analyzed, the dynamics of changes in the structure of assets for 2004-2017 has been estimated. The nature of the investment strategy of investing the funds of pension savings of private capital has been revealed, as well as the main factors that have influenced the structure of their main investments in various assets. The key tendencies of the development of the mandatory pension insurance system are determined in the course of exercising the functions of trust management of private pension funds by individuals.

Abstract
It is shown that in highly developed countries a balance models and general computable equilibrium models are used to predict the dynamics of labor and employment markets. It was noted that a holistic approach to forecasting the needs of the national economies in qualified personnel was developed abroad, based on the optimal combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The necessity of revealing and analyzing the factors determining the current and prospective demand and supply of labor in the digital economy is substantiated. The expediency of creating an early warning system in the Russian Federation that allows timely detection of trends in the dynamics of demand and supply of skilled labor in order to develop strategic forecasts of the labor market and the formation of an effective state employment policy is argued.

Abstract
The paper deals with the theoretical aspects of knowledge management in organizations. The emphasis on the relevance of the introduction of knowledge management system in the management of logistics service providers is done. The results of the developed procedure for the introduction of the knowledge management system in the management of business processes in organizations of 3PL (Third party logistic) providers, as well as the classification of knowledge about processes in 3PL organizations, are presented. On the basis of theoretical studies, the main stages of knowledge integration into business process management in 3PL providers have been determined.

Abstract
At present, the formation of a modern comfortable urban environment in Russian cities acquires a special socio-economic significance. It is one of the priority state large-scale programs. The development of fundamentally new approaches to the organization of an integrated improvement of urban areas on the basis of broad participation of the population in projects for the arrangement of courtyard territories and public spaces is envisaged. It leads to a number of organizational and information problems connected with interaction with territorial authorities of the public and municipal administration. That problems are considered in the article.

Abstract
To date, the world market includes many companies and to get into, and even more so to stay among the world leaders is quite difficult for the company. In the course of many years of world practice, a number of basic rules have been worked out, which in most cases lead the company to success, but at the same time a number of basic mistakes in the choice of the company’s competitive strategy have been identified. In this article we consider such marketing errors of large companies. In order to answer the question of why such situations occur, the article describes the reasons for making such errors on enterprises by specific examples, the logic of large firms in choosing a competitive strategy is investigated.

Now the Russian aviation industry faces the task of increasing the export of civilian production, however Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft is the only Russian product of the civil aviation sector, being exported on international market. This project has many unsolved problems, one of which is the level of after-sales services. Investments in the development of the aircraft have not been paid off yet, and the enterprise that produces it is still unprofitable.

Abstract
The process of internal labor migration of the population of the Republic of Kalmykia and shows its econometric modeling is considered. The Republic is characterized by a significant share of the outgoing population beyond its borders. High labor mobility is connected with economic reasons, which is confirmed by the data of the sample survey. In the study of the consequences of migration processes in the dynamics of the development of the region is of interest econometric methods that allow to assess the direction, the nature of the impact of a complex of socio-economic factors on its final results and consequences. The econometric approach has made it possible to link the factors and consequences of migration in a single analysis. As the results of the simulation has been showed, the time period of labor migration, the amount of income received by labor migrants, the age and level of education of migrants are in close dependence.

Abstract
The existing approaches to the management of municipal entities, the methods of planning used are explored. The main problems and constraints of development of the efficiency management system are singled out. A number of administrations of municipalities of the Moscow region have been surveyed on the use of methods for planning and managing the implementation of development programs. It was concluded that there is a lack of awareness and a weak nature of the use of well-known and well-proven methods in business. The main recommendations for the development of a methodological framework for the development and implementation of economic programs of municipal administrations and, in particular, for a more extensive application of modern tools for performance management have been formulated.

Abstract
With the development of the hotel business, managers must take into account the peculiarities of the promotion of accommodation facilities. It is expedient with the purpose of revealing of the further tendencies of development of hotels to be guided by preferences of young travelers. The article shows that most people prefer to book hotel services through online agencies, but the segment that book hotels directly is also very significant. Therefore, in order to increase the amount of reservation directly to hotels, it makes sense to resort to the policy of forming long-term relationships with lodgers: sending to personalized e-mails, forming a base of the preferences for regular customers, collecting customer feedback on the site, promoting additional services in dispatch and letters of welcome, etc. Further trends in the development of the hotel business in the world are revealed

Abstract
The issues of functioning of the suburban passenger railway complex, the main quantitative are considered. The qualitative indicators of railway transport are presented. The particular attention is paid to the problem of the lack of regular commuter traffic in the regions. The reforms carried out in the sphere of the passenger railway complex over the past twenty years, including the draft law on the formation of a new model of the organization of railway service to the population in suburban and long-distance communications submitted in 2018 are briefly analyzed. The results of the reform are evaluated.

Abstract
The topical issues of construction of industrial estimates related to scales of shadow activity in the economy are considered. Abstract
The goal and main tasks of audit of calculations with personnel on remuneration of labor are considered. The most common mistakes of accountants in accounting for payroll calculations with employees have been studied. Possible causes of these violations have been identified, as well as the consequences of non-compliance with labor laws for the employer and legal entity. For each violation advice is given on improving the accounting of payroll calculations and minimizing the number of errors.

Abstract
The description of the main tools of Below-the-line- communications (BTL-communications), their advantages and disadvantages is presented. Based on the study, the main tasks performed during the implementation of BTL-tools on the market are described. The statistics of the Russian advertising market (using the data of the Association of communication agencies of Russia) and the place of BTL advertising on it are given and analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the correlation of BTL-advertising with other forms of advertising. Also, based on the data of the Russian association of marketing services, the demand for various BTL-communications by advertisers is analyzed. A set of trends in the development of the BTL-communications market is formulated.

Abstract
The methods of assessment of efficiency of tax benefits operating at the local level are analyzed. Retrospective analysis allowed the author to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed methods and to form the author’s vision on the feasibility of assessing tax benefits and preferences for local taxes and trade duties. The proposed method, the top quality will allow to estimate tax benefits to local authorities from the use of aggregate efficiency. The paper applies the formal-logical method, the system method, the method of mathematical modeling.

The article deals with the specific features of the Chinese economy. The positive and negative effects of foreign investments on the country's economy have been analyzed. A list of organizational and economic conditions that lead to a successful investment policy is given. In modern Russian science, due diligence is not sufficiently studied part of mergers and acquisitions. Due diligence is currently little used in domestic practice due to the lack of methodological justification for this type of activity. The purpose of this work is to reveal the role and essence of due diligence. The article substantiates the necessity of its implementation within the framework of mergers and acquisitions projects, as a necessary stage, which minimizes the further financial risks for the acquirer, and considers the process of its implementation organizations within the stakeholder approach.

Abstract
The issue of attracting FDI investments in Vietnam’s agriculture have been studied. The state of attracting FDI in the Association of south east asian nations countries and in Vietnam for the development of agriculture has been presented. The current serious difficulties and limitations of sources FDI for raising the efficiency of agricultural land use in Vietnam have been assessed. Based on this the solutions that contribute to improving the efficiency of agricultural land use on the basis of attracting FDI into Vietnam’s agricultural sector have been offered.

Abstract
The results of studying the splitting of poles of cognitive styles, the analyticity / synthetics, impulsivity / reflexivity, field dependence / dependency among first-year students are presented. The study was carried out by means of methods: «Free sorting of objects» by R. Gardner, «Included figures» by G. Witkin, «Comparison of similar drawings» by J. Kagan. In the junior sample, subjects 17-18 years of age are dominated by synthetics/categorizers, reflexive, mobile sex-dependent. Synthetics/categorizers showed the highest productivity in terms of the level of abstraction. Reflective and fast/accurate found the greatest performance in terms of the number of errors. Mobile and fixed self-contained ones the greatest efficiency in terms of the time of finding a simple figure in a complex one are showed.

Abstract
This article discusses the results of theoretical and empirical research of the phenomena of false information using copyright questionnaire FPL. An attempt was made to theoretical analysis of multiple extremal results phenomenology lies. It is shown that the individual differences of Phenomenology in the process of communication lie demonstrate extreme (extreme) results of test subjects on questionnaire scales FPL. There is also the regularity of unmonotonous similarities and differences of the extreme ratios of Phenomenology lies at the level of results on individual scales FPL in extreme groups of examinees.
