Technology trade development is a necessary condition for increasing the level of economy competitiveness and rational integration of a country into the process of labor international division.
The purpose of the study is to determine trends in international trade in technology development of Russia in 2006–2021.
Based on the analysis of the Federal State Statistics Service data for 2006–2021, conclusions have been drawn that during the period under review, technology imports from Russia increased 4.4 times (up to USD 5.0 billion), while exports increased 8.8 times (up to USD 4.6 billion). The outstripping growth of exports compared to imports testifies to the increasing level of technological development of Russia, although the technology imports volume according to the methodology of the Federal State Statistics Service is underestimated relative to the real state. The leading role in techno logies export belongs to engineering services, the share of which reached 40 % in the total volume of trade in 2021. The growth in the engineering services export volume indicates the growth of economic entities’ competitiveness of a number of sectors of the national economy in the world market. In many respects, this result was achieved due to the successful activity of the Rosatom state corporation, which implements a number of large foreign projects for the nuclear power plants construction.

ECONOMICS: PROBLEMS, SOLUTIONS AND PROSPECTS
The relevance of the study of postgraduation strategies for university students in Russia is determined by the shortage of qualified personnel in regional labor markets, which is formed, among other things, under the influence of young people’s territorial movement.
The purpose of the study is to establish the nature of the relationship among postgraduate strategies in terms of employment of young people of the digital generation and their migration attitudes.
The formulated hypotheses have been tested by analyzing a quantitative survey data (semi-structured questionnaire 2023) of student youth in Omsk within the framework of the federal project “Runway for Young Professionals. New Regions”. The migration neoclassical theory and the push-pull theory formed the methodological basis of the work. To interpret the data obtained, young people were grouped into two groups: informed and uninformed about the places of employment in the region. The study results show a difference in the postgraduation strategies for the two groups of youth. Informed students of the digital generation demonstrate a more optimistic scenario regarding the entry point in the regional labor market: higher than in the second group, among them confidence in finding a job in their specialty in the region is higher; they are less oriented towards labor migration; they are also less likely to consider employment options outside the specialty obtained at the university. At the same time, there is no strong difference between the groups when indicating the reasons in employment issues that stimulate migration. The main factors that push young people out of the region have been identified: low wages, lack of career prospects and jobs.
The article discusses two currently relevant concepts such as sustainable development and sustainable growth. By analyzing the sustainable growth factors of 48 ESG-oriented listed Chinese companies for the period 2020–2022, the authors have proved that following the sustainable development concept can ensure the sustainable growth of companies’ performance. ESG- oriented companies show an increase in the level of generated profits and profitability, as well as a decrease in the debt-equity ratio, which positively characterizes their performance. Excess of actual growth of such companies over sustainable growth has been revealed, which does not lead to negative consequences of the activity for the analyzed period, and also does not increase the risks associated with the need to increase debt capital to ensure the identified growth. The study concludes that it is necessary to develop a new toolkit or integrate the two concepts considered to ensure the ability of companies to achieve their sustainability goals without compromising fundamental financial performance. The study results can be used by companies that are already following the sustainable development concept, as well as by those ones that are only at the initial stage of developing and implementing ESG indicators in their operations, by investors when selecting an investment target and by academics in the course of research devoted to the topic of sustainable development and sustainable growth.

The article analyzes current state of international economic relations among Russia and African countries and reveals their prospects. To date, these relations can be characterized as actively developing, but still relatively insufficiently intensive. Progress has been made in recent years, when Russia has increased its presence on the continent through various forms of economic cooperation. One important area of cooperation is trade. In 2023, trade turnover between Russia and African countries amounted to about 20 billion USD, which is a significant increase compared to previous years. However, compared to other global players such as China, European Union countries or the United States of America, economic interaction level among Russia and African countries is still not high enough. One of the main reasons for this is that Russian economic cooperation with Africa is dominated by the energy sector, especially supplies and infrastructure projects in the oil and gas industry. Meanwhile, other sectors such as agriculture, production of goods and services, and infrastructure investments remain less developed. One of the obstacles to deepening economic relations is also the lack of information and education about the opportunities for cooperation between Russia and Africa. There are also difficulties in securing financing for projects, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical provisions on the dependence of population’s general integrated health status on the total aggregate profit indicator of the food business.
The subject of the study is the mechanism of the relationship between health state and food business profitability.
A number of literary sources devoted to the generalization of health state and economic development of the country have been considered. The theoretical dependence of the health status integral indicator on the total cumulative rate of total profit of the agro-industrial complex, food industry, and retail has been proved. The variants of changing health state with different parameters of its parabolic dependence on the food business total profitability have been studied. A conditional numerical example of health state dependence in the form of a cubic parabola on changes in the total cumulative profit margin of food business has been presented and analyzed. Main task of establishing and achieving health indicators (general goal) is not only market, but also state provision of appropriate parameters. It has been proven that the food sales profitability growth affects changes in population’s health status in terms of eating and metabolic disorders.
FINANCE AND BANKING
The questions on long-term planning of an enterprise’ bonded loan interest rate payments have been studied. The methods have been considered and the classification of methods for planning the bonds interest rate proposed. Several groups of such planning methods have been singled out. CURRENT TRENDS IN PSYCHOLOGY
The article reveals one of the psychological mechanisms of anxiety formation in response to existential challenges of uncertainty.
The purpose of the study is to describe the psychological content of anxiety during the pandemic.
The research method was the author’s questionnaire aimed at studying anxiety experience peculiarities and ways of coping with it in adults in the situation of COVID-19 pandemic. To realize the goal, adults (n = 181) aged 18 to 74 years were asked to describe their thoughts about the pandemic that cause anxiety, negative and positive perceptions of themselves in the context of the pandemic, and ways of coping with anxiety. The study results showed that anxiety in the pandemic situation has universal existential underpinnings such as fear of death, loneliness, and restriction of freedom. Anxiety is formed around two main negative perceptions of the person about themselves: “I am anxious” and “I am bad and weak”, which reflects the experience of their own vulnerability, the main causes of which are the fear of death of loved ones and experience of their own incompetence in a situation of uncertainty. To reduce anxiety during the pandemic, adults use both universal methods (mainly self-regulation methods) and conditionally specific ones related to the source of anxiety and, consequently, negative self-image. The interrelation among self-image, anxiety and ways of coping with it shows the psychological help directions within the framework of both cognitive and existential-humanistic approaches.
Procrastination is one of the most researched and polemized topics of interest to domestic and foreign scientists due to its widespread prevalence among students and adults. The authors agree that syste matic violation of deadlines for necessary tasks completion causes subjective discomfort, but this behavior is regularly manifested in ordinary life, becoming “chronic” in nature.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the phenomenon of procrastination.
The work was based on the theoretical analysis of literature, generalization, empirical research results interpretation, conducted on the basis of a bank of techniques: E. Yu. Mandrikova’s questionnaire of self-organization of activity, K. Lay’s academic procrastination scale, Melbourne questionnaire of decision-making in the adaptation of T. V. Kornilova and S. A. Kornilova. Procrastination is similar to manifestations of laziness, low level of motivation and volitional self-regulation, awareness of the consequences of one’s own inaction, behavioral patterns repetition stability. However, there
are cardinal differences among them: laziness correlates with neutral or positive emotional background, hedonistic orientation, orientation to the present time, irresponsibility, and strength saving. Procrastination is built on burdensome experiences, mental immersion in the events of the past or future. It is energy-consuming, can lead to ideas destruction about one’s own personality and chronic diseases. Negative emotional background, weak self-control and low self-regulation are all prerequisites for developing procrastination and dependence on digital reality. The study results can be applied in the activities of teachers and practical psychologists, allowing to recognize and level procrastination manifestations.
The subject of the study is social anxiety, the purpose is to determine its prevalence and severity in students of socio-humanitarian training areas.
The principles of socio-psychological approach, methodology and method of socio-psychological diagnostics of social anxiety and social phobia by O. A. Sagalkova and D. V. Truyavtsev were used. The genera lized index of social anxiety (48.1 points), which corresponds to an elevated level with a tendency to high, has been determined. The dominant type of social phobia such as “Post-situational rumination and desire to overcome anxiety in expert situations” has been identified, the index of which (6.84 stens) tends to a high level. Students with this type of social anxiety make up the largest share
in the sample (48.13 %). Three groups of students have been identified and characterized: students with indicators of clinical social phobia and clinical social phobia in decompensation (about 20 % of the sample); students with elevated and high levels of social anxiety (slightly more than 50 %); students with low and moderate levels of social anxiety (slightly less than 30 %). Obtained results application score: higher school psychology; applied and practical social psychology; social protection system psychologists, clinical psychologists, medical psychologists, and psychiatrists. Prospects of the study is social anxiety monitoring in students of Russian universities. The study results confirmed the need for social anxiety monitoring in students of socio-humanitarian areas of professional training, about 50 % of whom to a greater or lesser extent need socio-psychological help, and about 20 % of whom need psychiatric help.
The article studies the process of jealousy transformation in romantic relationships under the influence of digitalization. The author considers such definitions as “digital jealousy”, “digital infidelity”, and “virtual sex”, formulates a definition of digital jealousy, and considers emotional and behavioral reactions when experiencing jealousy under the influence of events and factors of the digital environment. Based on the content analysis results, behavioral markers that can be considered by a partner as evidence of digital infidelity and/or cause digital jealousy have been identified. The specific characteristics of digital jealousy include its existence in conditions of quasi-reality, diffusiveness, deployment in time and space, alienation from the fact of physical infidelity, and virtual representation. The author notes the connection between the intensity of the digital jealousy experience and the subjective significance of virtual space and representation in it. Ambivalence of the digital jealousy experience is expressed by the perception of its occurrence, on the one hand, as a predictor of physical infidelity, and, on the other hand, as a manifestation of crisis in romantic relationships and emotional estrangement of partners. It has been revealed that jealousy in digital space is largely due to a sense of ownership in relation to the time and attention of a partner and is associated with general transformation of romantic relationships in modern society.
